The exclusivity of the home starts the minute you walk in the walled-in courtyard complete with mid-century seating and decor! This 3-bedroom home offers you an open and airy living space with the most fantastic pops of color with the most exciting fireplace colors you'll find in any PS Home.

There is plenty of room for your group with the 1626 square feet of home. Each bedroom offers a unique theme and color palette. Monogrammed robes are avaialble for you to add the sprinkles to the sundae that is this fabulous home. The cherry on top you'll find in the backyard with a mural wall to reflect the iconic Birdcage bus stop, complete with newspaper stand. That's what sets this home apart from any other, those details to add luxury and ambiance to your stay here in the Desert!

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
