à propos de cet hébergement
The Mapleleaf - a PMI Scenic City Vacation Rental
Located on the trendy Southside of Chattanooga, guests are just steps from delicious restaurants, local galleries, hip boutiques, and sophisticated nightlife. Many are attracted to this part of town to visit famous civil war sites or the Tennessee Aquarium.
LIVING SPACES
Enter the front door into a cultured mid-century modern vibe. A tufted sofa provides both comfort and style. The armchair, paired with both a cocktail table and statement lamp, is perfect for reading a few pages in a book or checking social media.
Enjoy a cozy night in by binging on your favorite streaming series or a movie on the wall-mounted TV with WiFi.
On the third level of this tri-story condo are the office and additional living space, complete with a workstation, TV, and sofa. It's a lovely spot to steal a few minutes of âalone timeâ.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The sparkling kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash. This thoughtfully conceived space offers everything the chef needs for a gourmet meal in a well-measured footprint.
The intimate table for 4 provides just enough space to savor a delectable meal and a perfect bottle of wine.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The second level is home to an open bedroom and spa-like bath. Visitors will bask in this luxury king-size bed dressed with crisp, high-thread-count sheets, plenty of pillows, and decadent bedding. Dual nightstands and lamps provide a homey convenience. Enjoy your favorite late-night talk show host in bed.
The oversized closet also houses the front-loading washer and dryer.
The ensuite bath offers a marble vanity and walk-in shower with a frameless door.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Either morning coffee or afternoon cocktails will just taste better on your 3rd floor private deck. Complete with two chairs and a sun lounger, enjoy the cityscape or perhaps a sunrise from your unique perspective three stories up.
PARKING:
This home can accommodate one vehicle in the designated lot via a parking pass. Instructions on where to find the pass will be in your check-in details. The pass must be returned at the end of the stay lest a $50 replacement fee be charged.
Please note: No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events.
Please be advised, for stays longer than 30 days, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - this additional cost is not calculated in the listing price and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.
What's Nearby?
The south side of Chattanooga enjoys immense popularity, thanks in part to its focus on creating a sustainable urban neighborhood, complete with parks, restaurants, retailers, grocers, and small businesses. Something magical is always happening here.
Visitors here will find themselves strolling through a vibrant neighborhood teeming with many forms of art, shopping, and delightful culinary experiences unlike anything else in the city.
Widely regarded as one of the top markets in the country, our very own Chattanooga Market features over 50 farms bringing a variety of produce, meats, and cheeses to the market every week.
In addition, more than 130 artists and artisans offer their unique crafts, arts, farm-fresh goods, and many other locally made specialties.
We love live music here in Chattanooga and you'll find it a staple of the Chattanooga Market with musicians on stage for two free shows every week, plus food vendors to feed the hungry crowd.
For just a small taste of our sometimes eclectic cuisine offerings, make sure to check out some of our favorites. Main Street Meats is a locals' favorite and is quickly becoming a âmust-doâ on the southside.
Kenny's Southside Sandwiches is new, offering fast-casual breakfast and lunch with the local twist of fresh house-made local ingredients.
We are so proud of our Wildflower Tea Shop & Apothecary, Chattanooga's premier tea and herb shop. It features a wide variety of the not-so-easy to find teas for guests to either sit and enjoy onsite or bring home. They also feature bulk herbs, essential oils, crystals, and a variety of hand-crafted herbal remedies.
The Chattanooga Choo Choo has become our most popular destination, featuring restaurants, bars, attractions, shopping, and entertainment. Make sure you spend a day or evening there!
Station Street was formerly an alleyway but has been renovated to provide a pedestrian-only thoroughfare, providing easy patio access to the restaurants and entertainment venues, and outdoor space for special events.
Don't feel like hoofing it? Rent a bike from Bike Chattanooga. The daily pass is just $8, or get a three-day pass for $15. Check out the downtown Free Electric Shuttle at South Station, found next to Chattanooga Choo Choo.
