Our stay was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything you need is there. They even had toothbrushes on the incase you may have forgotten yours. The host was very responsive and we had zero issues.

Peace and quiet steps from the beach.

Had an amazing time at this property. Everything was clean and tidy. Host was responsive and attentive to any questions we had and even provided some beach toys that the kid loved! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, quiet beach trip.

Great stay

Very nice, clean condo. It is in a great spot and easy to get in and out. Host answered very quickly and even left us the cutest Easter basket!!

Property was dirty. Floors and carpet left my socks black and felt “dirty”. Found trash from prior tenant under bed. Didn’t have appropriate sheets on the bed. Two flat sheets were used in place of a fitted sheet. Master shower leaked all over the floor due to the shower head position right at the door seam, and the seal needs replacing. Used 3 towels to soak floor up. Disappointed that for a beach rental it didn’t offer any beach towels. No indication on site that it didn’t or else we would have brought our own. Soda was stained, can tell it’s never been cleaned. No sheets or extra pillow offered for the sofa pull out bed that my daughter used. No hand soap at any bathroom sink Saw roach crawling on front door on the inside of rental. Only one kitchen hand towel and a half a roll of paper towels with no extra hand or paper towels when we ran out. Bar stools are unsafe. Two were missing cross bars at the bottom to stabilize causing it to wobble. Didn’t know this when we sat on them and it almost fell apart. 2nd bath shower handle doesn’t work properly for hot & coldEither the property owner never checks up on the place to inspect or simply doesn’t care. Owner in condo directly below complained to us from the balcony when we were outside stating she hates it’s a rental property. Not our problem and told her she needs to talk to her HOA. Pool is nice however offers no shade so be prepared. This is not mentioned in the listing.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was as described. The place waa clean and comfy. Kids didnt want to leave. The host even provided toiletries (which came in handy because someone always forgets something) and beach toys for the kids. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect for our family

Perfect access to the beach and pool. Everything was as said in the listing. There was a few leaks with the dishwasher and the shower that I mentioned to the owner. Otherwise it was a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

Loved the pool and entire stay

Overrall stay great, access to pool and own beach access. Kids loved staying in the same room with their own tv. Only downfall was with bathtime for the kids. Yhe bathtub didnt have a stopper for baths so we had to keep the water running. Wasn't ideal but we made it work.

Good/fun stay!

Great location! Only downfall was the no elevator and lots of steps, but that is listed on the page and did not deter us from the property! Also the property smelled clean inside but walking around barefoot turned our feet black very quickly. Host was nice but we did call for something and she did not return our call. Overall it was a fun stay! Loved the pool and property beach access!

Pretty nice, but no pots or pans for cooking. Shower in master leaks around the door - seal is not good. Piece of the door broken and sticking out near where you lock the door- nail sticking out of it.

Highly recommend!

Convenient location with beautiful beach access. The recently updated and tidy 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo easily met the needs of our crew of 2 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with the basic necessities. Laundry available on the 1st floor. Communication was great with project manager. We would definitely book here again!

Great Summer Beach Getaway Spot!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The property was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio and see the ocean! We also enjoyed the easy beach access from the complex; no driving, no walking across roads hauling our stuff. The beach was never crowded. It's also only 1 - 2 miles from the main part of town for restaurants, shopping, etc. Pay close attention to the listing so you understand the size/layout of the bathrooms (not much get-dressed space) and the lack of a washer & dryer in the unit. Overall: great experience & highly recommended!

Overall the stay was good. I will say there were a few small items to be improved. The ice maker appeared to not have a water line connected and therefore didn’t make ice, but was turned on. Additionally the screen to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The door was fine but if you wanted to just have the screen to let air in, that was difficult. Overall, the stay was good but a some minor items to tweak.
