Appartement confortable au 2e étage, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville | Vue sur la ville

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests, so I’m sorry to hear that you had concerns. Our check-in details are regularly updated, and we’re always available to assist if anything needs clarification. I also wish you had informed me about the window during your stay so I could have addressed it immediately. It’s important to note that this review was left after I submitted a damage claim for a broken sofa. While I understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating, we only request compensation when damages occur. Regardless, I appreciate your stay and your input, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress caused by the last-minute cancellation of your reservation. I completely understand how frustrating and unacceptable it must have been to arrive late at night, only to face unexpected difficulties accessing your accommodation. Unfortunately, this situation was caused by a double-booking error within the VRBO system, which resulted in an automatic cancellation on their end. While I acknowledge that this does not excuse the impact it had on your trip, I deeply regret that I was unable to assist you in real time. I assure you that this was not my intention, and I am truly sorry for the lack of direct communication at that critical moment. I have since taken steps to work with VRBO to prevent this issue from happening again, ensuring that future guests do not experience similar challenges. While I understand that this does not change your experience, I truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving how I manage reservations. Again, I deeply regret the frustration this caused and appreciate your time in sharing your concerns.

We are truly surprised and disappointed by your comments as they do not reflect the actual events or communication during your stay. 1. Location Confusion: It is surprising to hear this, as we provide clear instructions with photos and details about finding the property. Additionally, you did not reach out for assistance before we located you. 2. Noise Complaints: While the area does have a lively atmosphere, this is clearly mentioned in our listing to set proper expectations. Guests typically close the windows for added quiet, but it seems you opted not to check or adjust this the first night. 3. Blankets and Towels: The listing specifies the provided amenities, including towels and the bedding arrangement. If extra blankets were needed, a simple request would have resolved this—we are always available to help. 4. Safety Concerns: We take this feedback seriously. However, finding a single item, such as a testing kit, does not reflect the cleanliness and safety standards we uphold. It’s regrettable you didn't bring this to our attention during your stay. We strive to ensure all our guests have a positive experience, but communication is key. We encourage future guests to reach out with any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly.
