Stunning Lakeside Retreat: Delavan Lake Home w/ Lake Views & Private Lake Access

We’d love to host you in our newly built, five bedroom lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, assembly park, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a finished basement, complete with a bunk room and foosball table for the kids. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the family room and the basement hangout area. Enjoy a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

Any evidence of smoking inside the house is a minimum $5,000 cleaning fee.

The maids do not clean outside so if they have to clean around the porch or outside (cans, cigarette butts, etc) there will be a $90-$500 fee added.

We do allow up to 14 guests but due to the extra clean up required there is a fee of $18 added per stay for any guest over 8.

This house is fantastic! We had our family of 12 staying for 10 days. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and location is awesome. Kyle is a great host and very responsive.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We (moms and daughters) very much enjoyed our stay! The house was large with plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend!

Together with our families we rented the house for our wedding weekend at Lake Lawn Resort! We each have two siblings and they each have kids! Our siblings and our parents were all able to stay at the house throughout memorial day weekend. Everything was perfect without being crowded. Plenty of space, beautifully appointed, fantastic common spaces! If you have a big group this is the place for you! We are hoping to book again soon! It was a perfect wedding and being at this house made it possible for our families! Kyle the host was very gracious and quick to respond! Just absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Christmas Get-away

Our family loved getting away to this beautiful new home for a few days. We had Christmas there and it was great- Kyle had a tree and lights and made it festive. Definitely recommend this house !

Mahjongg and Merriment Getaway

Eight friends spent two days enjoying lots of laughs and endless games of mahjongg in this beautiful space. We took time to sit on the rockers to enjoy the fall colors and views of the lake and to have some fun at area restaurants and pubs. This house is so comfortable and well equipped.

Lovely Girls Weekend Spot

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend away at this sunny and well appointed home. Great location for spa services at the Abbey too. Kyle was very responsive to questions before and during the trip. We are planning to stay here next year for our annual trip!

We had a great time staying on this property. Kyle was very easy to get a hold of. Property is beautiful! Beds were all very comfortable. Used the marina to rent a pontoon boat 2 times. Nicole was very accommodating. Would love to stay on this property again!

Beautiful home on lake Delavan

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It still smelled brand new and this home was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. It was stocked with all the must haves for kitchen items so made it perfect for feeding 13 people. Plenty of space and the view was amazing. We discovered The Lounge at the corner and had fun listening to live music. We were in the area for a baseball tournament but had even more fun exploring the area. Definitely would stay here again!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation...The home was clean, modern, and spacious. There were 8 of us and we all had our own spaces to relax and recharge AND then come together for meals. The bonus is that it's right across from the lake and close in proximity to walk to restaurants. If you are looking for beautiful home to stay in, this one is for you. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Awesome house and experience

Great house, great property, great location. Kyle was super easy to communicate with, made the whole process easy for us. House is amazing, brand new and comfy, easily slept 9 adults and could accommodate more. Great location, walk to lake access or easy drive to other public lake access points. 10/10 would stay here again, thank you Kyle!

Friends reunion

We were a group of friends of over 50 years who got together. The house was ideal and well equipped. Location was ideal. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was extremely cooperative and responsive . We highly recommend this place for big groups.

Paradise in Lake Delevan

Amazing home, with beautiful views of Lake Delevan! Plenty of space to relax, and hang out. The house was spotless! Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the finished basement with the foosball table was a plus. Kyle ( the owner) was AWESOME to work with. I would highly recommend this home, and as a matter of fact, I will definitely rent from him again! I can’t say enough about this beautiful home.

Our little lake view getaway

From making the reservations through checkout went seamlessly and every comfort was met. The neighboring community was pleasant and convenient from restaurants to activities. The homes atmosphere is of a comfy Lakehouse that is well decorated which has plenty of space for a large group. We loved rocking on the porch and walks around the lake. The owner was assessable throughout our stay and checked in periodically. We would absolutely stay there again

Perfect Location, Gorgeous Home

Kyle’s property is just beautiful, clean and inviting. It’s so nice to have a beautiful place to stay for multiple people that isn’t full of bunk beds. Each room is carefully detailed and refreshing, and lots of openness and space. It feel calm and inviting. Kyle is super responsive and friendly, and made our stay feel relaxed and supported. Great location right at the lake, and easy to locate! You feel like you’re tucked away, but have access to all you need within a five minute drive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Trip

This house is STUNNING in person. It is designed really well and there was lots of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone to spread out. We would have morning coffee and watch the deer and chipmunks outside the window, it was lovely! Kids loved the foosball table, games and rocking chairs outside. Kyle was very responsive and great to work with. Thanks for the great memories!

Wonderful Getaway With Friends

We rented this beautiful home for a weekend getaway/reunion for our group of six girlfriends. It's larger and prettier in person than in the photos! There are several gathering spaces and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace on a chilly spring weekend. The house was bright and spacious and very clean. The beds were very plush and there were so many pillows! All of the appliances and dishes were newer and in good condition, and there was a never-ending supply of hot water in the showers. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and a short drive from downtown Delavan. We would love to stay here again!

New Years getaway

The house was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (three families) and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and nice to have smart tv in every room. It was too cold to experience the porch but it looks like a great amenity in the other seasons. Very close to grocery store/Wal Mart, many restaurants, and 20 min to downtown Lake Geneva. We would definitely return.

Will be back again next summer!

Our trip was amazing!! What a house! We’ve never stayed in a vacation rental with brand new everything and it was such a treat. Besides being beautiful, it had so much space and we were very comfortable during our stay. Super comfy beds and a huge basement with foosball and a tv for the kids. I think we spent the majority of our time rocking on the outside chairs. The location was amazing. Lake views and walking distance to three restaurant/bars, the marina and assembly park. Can’t wait to come back!

It's a brand new home, extremely clean and with all of the essentials. Being there is serene, surrounded by trees in the woods with views and sounds of the lake and a fireplace inside and a great porch with rocking chairs outside. A short walk to restaurants and shops. Deer run through the property frequently throughout the day. The beds are high end and very comfortable. The internet is fast and there are tv's in every room if you need to retreat. The basement is perfect for kids and families with a games and a bunk room.
