House was perfectly sized to meet our needs. Given the really cold weather, the kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Kitchen was adequate for making cookies, breakfast casseroles, and dinners. Given the length of our stay, we also appreciated using the washer/dryer a couple of times.

Beautiful home near downtown

Beautiful place to stay. Everything is upgraded. Kitchen is super nice and has all the pots and pans you need. Beds are super comfortable. Owners are very responsive. Very nice stay!

Wonderful Stay for our Annual Girls Trip

Beautiful cozy home for our annual Girls Trip! Great location! Plenty of space, clean, and had everything we needed! I would recommend lights on the front rocky walk way.

Rental for wedding weekend

Everything was perfect with plenty of space for the family and plenty to keep the kids entertained during their down time! Owners were easily accessible when needed and everything was clean!

The house is in a great location close to town. It was very clean and well stocked with necessities. We really enjoyed the large deck. The beds & living room furniture is comfortable and nice.

Wonderful Home

We had a great time and the home made it even better! Located only 5 minutes from downtown Highlands, the house is convenient to shops, restaurants, and all the great amenities in Highlands. The house is perfect for small groups and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend the house for family trips! And the owners are the best hosts!

Perfect Place to Stay!

The house is an easy, short drive to downtown. Beautiful decor, very comfortable, well stocked, several areas to hang out (we loved watching college football in the main living room as well as taking advantage of the pool table downstairs.) Very quiet and private location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for a much-needed weekend away! Thanks!

Perfect Family Getaway

Came in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband, my parents, and our 2 infant/toddler children. House was clean and they did a really good job with the remodels and updates. We loved staying in the basement apartment with our newborn, bc it was separate from the rest of the house and really quiet! Host was fabulous and very responsive when we needed her. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great House

My family stayed here for my son's wedding in Highlands and we could not have picked a better house. It has everything you could need in the kitchen and there was plenty of room in the common spaces. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck, it had great seating and a grill. The owner was so helpful with any questions and very accommodating. Just a short trip to be in downtown Highlands, as well as the wedding venue. We would definitely stay again!

Exceptional stay in beautiful Highlands

This house is great! Super clean and comfortable beds for everyone in our group. The back deck is huge and has a nice large table with plenty of seating. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Kids loved the large basement and we loved that they had their own space. Fire pit for s'mores was perfect! Neighborhood is close to downtown but quiet and great for an evening walk. Would definitely recommend!

Family get away

This property has been nicely updated and is perfect for families with teens . The basement level game room with TV, pool table, sofa, bed and bath was nice for older kids to have their own space to hang out. Highland Hills and Mirror Lake area is very convenient to town for shopping or eating out. Back deck with gas grill and amazing kitchen for cooking at house . Would definitely rent again!!

Amazing

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Highlands Hills. The newly renovated house was perfect for our trip with friends and our kids. The layout is very ideal for 2 to 3 families. We had lots of room and we enjoyed the pool table very much after long days of hiking and exploring the outdoors. The location of the house is just minutes from downtown and very convenient to many, many hiking trails. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to booking our next trip soon!

Girls Getaway!

Everything was fabulous, struggled a little bit with getting the Tv to work. Some directions would have been nice. Everything else was great.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. The door to MB bathroom could not stay on the track. No batteries in remote control for TV. No stopper for bathroom in MB. Very hard to iron on a broken ironing board. The back deck furniture was not in good condition. Property is overpriced.

I am so sorry about all of this Patti. I wish you would have let me know we could have asked house keeping for batteries to be dropped off and the ironing board is brand new - I can’t imagine it is already broken? We are headed up this weekend to replace patio furniture and we plan to renovate the master bath this winter after busy season.

Spacious and nicely updated

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house. The owners recently had the interior and furnishings nicely updated. The house is spacious and would accommodate a group of 8. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils, and tableware. The deck is large and has been recently rebuilt and is a nice place for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and included a stack of dark washcloths for removing my makeup. We enjoyed playing pool in the downstairs area. Paige, the owner, was quickly responsive to our phone call. (We had a small difficulty with entering the key code on the front door.). The house is a very short drive to downtown Highlands. Less than 10 minutes. Excellent location for us and we liked the nice neighborhood. I offer one caution about the exterior. Although left natural and quaint, the stone path to the front entrance and the overgrown shrubs should be carefully navigated in high heels. No I didn’t trip or fall. 🤣 We had a wonderful and relaxed visit. I definitely plan to return. This will be an excellent house for my small group of girlfriends to visit the area.
