Just a 2 minute walk to Porpoise Beach access, nice quiet spot to enjoy the FL sun and a pavilion to sit and have lunch. You want to have dinner and some live music? Slip on your flip flops and stroll over to Archies, or you're just a 10 minute walk to the inlet and you'll have a vast choice of great restaurants.
The space
Accessing our home is on the second floor, this allows for spectacular views of the sunrise and a sneak peak of the ocean! Modern kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Open living room kitchen area with two large sliders, giving the space an open air tropical feel.... Let the ocean breeze flow through! Master bedroom with a king bed, tv, large closets and private bathroom. Sunny second bedroom, with tv and lots of closet space. Large porch for outdoor living. We are close to Archies, when live music is available you have front row balcony seating! We have an outdoor shower for both units, great to get the sand off from your day at the beach.
Guest access
We are just off the main rd, the driveway has space for 2 vehicles stacked. You do share parking with our downstairs one bedroom rental. You will need to use caution when pulling out of the driveway. I like to back in making it easier to pull out. We have a second unit which is located on the first floor at the back of the house. They have access to the back yard, this is their dedicated area along with the patio on the first floor.
Other things to note
This property is an entire home that has a rental on the first floor that can accommodate 2 people. If you are traveling with others and need more then just the two bedroom check out the first floor for availability.
