Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet close enough to get to attractions in minutes (approx 1.5 Miles to the Historic District). This area does not have provisions for biking or walking. It is centrally located and a short drive to downtown and the beaches. The private bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed. The property includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The cottage was exactly as the listing pictures portrayed. Very clean and welcoming and close to everything. The hosts are excellent communicators and went out of their way to leave special touches for our 25th wedding anniversary, which was the reason for our trip to Saint Augustine. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Comfy Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything you need is supplied. Quiet area. Nice to have your own private parking right on the property. Communication was spit on and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend!

This is a great place and well maintained super private

You couldn’t ask more from a rental. Very easy to work with . We had a blast. Save some money by not being so close to the old city. But still not too far away to get a bike ride. I don’t wanna recommend it too much because I don’t want to not be able to rent it again in the future lol just kidding.

Cottage Living

This property was strategically located. We were able to access all areas of St. Augustine easily. We also traveled to many cities around the area quickly and without stress. Our stay was vary enjoyable.

Cozy cottage

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was adorable , clean and so comfortable . We lived in St. Augustine a few years back, living close by, so it was nice to come back and stay in a place that was familiar and dear to us . The hosts were amazing, thinking of everything . We will definitely be back .

This cottage was exactly as stated. The extra touches like the homemade cookies, various snacks and water were a very thoughtful touch. Would definately stay here again if I'm in the area!!

Cozy, clean, convenient cottage

This cottage was perfect for our St Augustine get away trip. It is a great location close to all we wanted to see. The home is clean, the bed comfortable, the towels soft, and the kitchen convenient. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is so cute, clean, very relaxing. It isnt far from old St. Augustine either. It was nice to get away from the crowds at night.

Perfect Cottage

Perfect cottage! Close to everything. Everything you need inside, clean. Nice area outside to sit and enjoy the end of the day with a glass of wine. Melody and Ali were perfect hosts! Highly recommend.

Outstanding Cottage

From the moment we parked the car and saw the quiet patio we knew this was going to be good! The front door opened into the living/dining/kitchen area: all clean and welcoming (with cookies and a candy bowl waiting on the counter!). The bedroom and bath were comfortable and -appointed a with all necessary supplies. A fantastic stay!

St Augustine cottage

The house is cozy and perfect for two people. We had a wonderful time during our trip but stayed in one night and enjoyed a quiet evening at the cottage. Definitely recommended.
