Details: Rehab is a Gulf-front, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in gorgeous Cape San Blas that sleeps 8. Guests will love the panoramic Gulf views and direct beach access. This dog-friendly townhome is also close to shops and the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

This stilted home offers fantastic views of the white-sand beach from the ground floor. Guests can grill out and enjoy a casual lunch using the gas grill and a picnic table in the shade beneath Rehab. A half bathroom and outdoor shower are also found in the carport.

Stairs lead to a deck with incredible beach views, comfortable chairs, and an alfresco dining table to enjoy sunset meals. Stepping inside, guests will find pale laminate floors and an open living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful views. A sectional sofa surrounds a 42†Roku TV and double sliding glass doors that open to the deck, which has tables and chairs. Hanging barn doors off the living area open to a guest bedroom with a queen bed. A light and bright kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 2. An adorable dining nook has built-in seating with beach views and a dining table that seats 8. Down the hall is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a guest bedroom with a king bed that share a bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom.

With its incredible Gulf-front views and direct beach access, Rehab will book quickly!

*Up to 2 dogs are allowed with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Perfect beach view!!! We loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching the waves come in! We love the convenience of sitting on the beach and walking right up the dunes to the steps of the house and having lunch in the dining area that also has beautiful panoramic views of the beach! Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the host management company.

Great spring break vacay

The house is as seen in the photos, right on the beach. The house was clean. Needs a few updates. Overall a good stay and we would come back.

Location, location, location!! This was an excellent stay directly on the beach and within walking distance of a general store, ice cream shop, donut shop, a beach eatery, and a fish market! My elderly parents with mobility issues felt like they were sitting on the beach while on the deck! Great sunsets and wonderful ocean breeze!

Perfect week at the beach!

Loved the location, loved the house, perfect size for the 4 kids and 3 adults. Access to the beach would be tricky for some but we managed just fine. The condition of the property was perfect and our pup loved watching the water from the gated balcony.

Beautiful beach and location

Had a wonderful stay right on the beach. Loved sitting on covered porch in large captain chairs or in window reading bench when it rained. End unit with walk to end of road with small grocery, donut shop and seafood restaurant/market. Shared bathroom with several bedrooms, but nice bonus of one outside for when taking break at beach. So beautiful to step outside directly to beautiful quiet beach.

Beautiful sun sets

Cape San was amazing! The condo was cute and spacious with plenty of kitchen amenities. With easy access to the beach and an outside restroom and shower. My only complaint is that there were a few critters sharing the condo with us.... 2 roaches and a spider. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Place

The location is great. There were just two in our group and our little dog so it was plenty big. Easy walk for groceries and seafood market. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The washer and dryer are full size and new. The outdoor grill was also brand new. The mattress in the king room with the en-suite bathroom was comfortable. The sectional couch is very comfortable also. The deck balcony has great chairs that are higher so you can see out. There is no walk way to the beach which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others with mobility issues. We would stay here again.

Rehab for the soul!!!

Adorable perfect comfy restful clean beautiful view everyone needs some Rehab time! Walk to store grab whatever you need and some steamed shrimp fried fish etc fresh coffee and doughnuts!!!!

Excellent location.

So close to the waves that when you are on the deck you feel like you are actually on the beach! Weber’s Doughnuts, the Trading Post with full grocery, local coffee and ice cream, St Joe’s Shrimp shop with wonderful lunches and fresh seafood to cook, and Peachie’s Deli just at the end of the street! Also, Skulley’s Low Country Boil is a short walk away. Management responded immediately when heavy winds blew over the gas grill! Also really enjoyed the $250.00 toward beach gear!!! We will be back!!!
