All Smiles, à l'extrémité nord du Cap, n'est qu'à quelques pas des eaux vert émeraude du golfe, ce qui en fait une promenade facile pour se faire bombarder, pêcher ou simplement se détendre sur le sable blanc du Cap San Blas.

C’est à quelques pas de St. Joseph Peninsula State Park où vous pourrez nager, faire du kayak, du paddle board et jouer dans le golfe et la baie.

Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine spacieuse équipée de commodités de préparation et de service complétées par des comptoirs en granit. La salle à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes avec une table pour 6 adultes, une table pour enfants pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et l'île pour 2 personnes. La salle à manger donne directement accès à une grande terrasse.

Le niveau principal présente un sol en carrelage de céramique, de hauts plafonds et un mur de fenêtres offrant un espace de réunion lumineux, aéré et ouvert doté d’une télévision 65 pouces, de livres, de jeux de société et bien plus encore. Il y a 2 chambres queen avec télévision; une salle de bain complète et la buanderie complètent le niveau principal.

Le troisième niveau comprend la suite principale avec un lit King, un coin salon privé et une véranda sur sa terrasse. Une suite pour les enfants a 2 lits jumeaux, télévision et une salle de bain complète.

Cet établissement accepte les animaux domestiques et comprend un espace clôturé pour votre chien, une douche extérieure, un barbecue au propane et un parking couvert.

Great Home and Location

House is very close to beach. Great outdoor space. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to list a fault, the property line is the lane for all the homes behind the house to access beach and they all camp out in front of the house. Would definitely stay again.

The house was just as described, plenty of room lots of decks and places to unwind. Excellent for pups and the beach was just steps away! We had a wonderful time and had a turtle nest our last day, we will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd stay in Cape San Blas! We love this home! Location is the best, beds extremely comfortable & the view is Amazing! Wish we had taken advantage of the rental credit as the chairs at the home were all falling apart but that was our only complaint.

Great House

We had a great stay. The ONLY thing we needed but didn’t have was a skillet to cook pancakes. Other than that, which is very small, I would recommend this house.

Coastal Beach Beauty

Very beautiful and inviting house with the home feel. This beach home has the most amazing view throughout. There is room for family members to breakout to enjoy a separation for personal time and conversation with a beautiful view of the beach. Will most definitely be a return spot!!

Lovin life on The Cape

Cape San Blas is incomparable and the location of this home simply couldn’t be better. The house was immaculately clean, better equipped than most. Shampoo & Conditioner and bath soap in every bathroom, they even had garbage bags in the kitchen. But most of all is the location, location, location.

Lovely Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several rentals at the Cape and this is one of our favorites. The house was so clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed. Of course, the dog area was wonderful for its’ convenience.The AC didn’t work on the second floor but stayed in heat mode. We did report it to the office but it was over the holiday week and the weather cooled off soon. Two areas of concern: The modular bath/shower units are extremely slick so would recommend a nonslip mat for safety. The second concern would make us think twice about returning, especially in warm weather..there are no window coverings in the main living room and kitchen; the sun was quite uncomfortable for 3-4 hours in the afternoon. Also, it was a bit off putting not having privacy after dark. There were blinds at all other windows so not sure why these were bare. Some simple draw curtains to allow access to the view when desired would be perfect. Otherwise, we were pleased.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Listening to the waves and looking out across the Gulf, while relaxing in this beautiful home, made for a perfect family beach vacation. There are so many wonderful outdoor seating options, including a wonderful daybed swing, lounge chairs and a hammock. The fenced in yard also made it an ideal place for our fur babies to enjoy. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We loved everything about this home!

Great Property

The home was nicely furnished and very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The master suite is huge with a great view of the Gulf. Great book selection as well if you like thrillers! It was great being right on the beach and catching the sunset from any deck or the living room for that matter. We found some good restaurants in Port St Joe as well as a few on the Cape. We loved that it wasn't as crowded as Fort Meyers or Tampa areas. Temperatures were about 10 degrees cooler than the southern areas of Florida so it is certainly a trade off between crowds and temperatures.

All Smiles lives up to its name!

All Smiles offered a wonderful beach vacation for our family. There are excellent indoor view of the ocean for drinking your morning coffee, from dining at dinners, or from the decks. Our family enjoyed the beach all day with such easy access to come inside, move up to a deck chair, watch the sunsets etc. The ground level is fully enclosed with a dog area, a picnic table, deck chairs and more for a wonderful total outdoor experience.. The ocean is beautiful and fun for play, the beach is not crowded, and the sunsets are beautiful. The houses is decorated with upscale decor that is beach durable, and with a kitchen with most that you would need.

Beautiful and Clean!

We loved our stay at All Smiles! The house was gorgeous, clean and the extras were great. The underneath porch area was perfect to keep all of our beach gear, or just relax in the shade in the Adirondack chairs with a cold beverage. The entire property was enclosed within a fence so when kids or our dog went out any door, I knew they were still within the property. The beach was beautiful, convenient and the views were amazing. We saw a turtle re-nesting just outside the dune too! We loved the full private shower on the bottom level so cleaning off right from the beach was a breeze. Our only hiccup during the week was that we experienced some water problems for a few days, but this was no fault of anyone since we were under the impression this was a city issue (not sure how often this happens though but it made cooking and showering a few nights difficult). We would definitely return without a doubt!
