All Smiles, Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord du Cap, n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas des eaux vert Ă©meraude du golfe, ce qui en fait une promenade facile pour se faire bombarder, pĂȘcher ou simplement se dĂ©tendre sur le sable blanc du Cap San Blas.

C’est Ă  quelques pas de St. Joseph Peninsula State Park oĂč vous pourrez nager, faire du kayak, du paddle board et jouer dans le golfe et la baie.

Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine spacieuse équipée de commodités de préparation et de service complétées par des comptoirs en granit. La salle à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes avec une table pour 6 adultes, une table pour enfants pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et l'ßle pour 2 personnes. La salle à manger donne directement accÚs à une grande terrasse.

Le niveau principal prĂ©sente un sol en carrelage de cĂ©ramique, de hauts plafonds et un mur de fenĂȘtres offrant un espace de rĂ©union lumineux, aĂ©rĂ© et ouvert dotĂ© d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision 65 pouces, de livres, de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© et bien plus encore. Il y a 2 chambres queen avec tĂ©lĂ©vision; une salle de bain complĂšte et la buanderie complĂštent le niveau principal.

Le troisiÚme niveau comprend la suite principale avec un lit King, un coin salon privé et une véranda sur sa terrasse. Une suite pour les enfants a 2 lits jumeaux, télévision et une salle de bain complÚte.

Cet établissement accepte les animaux domestiques et comprend un espace clÎturé pour votre chien, une douche extérieure, un barbecue au propane et un parking couvert.

Cape 2025

We had yet another amazing week at the cape. This was our first time renting All Smiles but can definitely say it won’t be our last. Our Yorkie Mo throughly enjoyed how dog friendly it was. He loved being able to hang out with us on property leash free. The home felt very cozy and had everything we could ask for. Including toys , puzzles and books for our toddler.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several rentals at the Cape and this is one of our favorites. The house was so clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed. Of course, the dog area was wonderful for its’ convenience.The AC didn’t work on the second floor but stayed in heat mode. We did report it to the office but it was over the holiday week and the weather cooled off soon. Two areas of concern: The modular bath/shower units are extremely slick so would recommend a nonslip mat for safety. The second concern would make us think twice about returning, especially in warm weather..there are no window coverings in the main living room and kitchen; the sun was quite uncomfortable for 3-4 hours in the afternoon. Also, it was a bit off putting not having privacy after dark. There were blinds at all other windows so not sure why these were bare. Some simple draw curtains to allow access to the view when desired would be perfect. Otherwise, we were pleased.

Great Home and Location

House is very close to beach. Great outdoor space. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to list a fault, the property line is the lane for all the homes behind the house to access beach and they all camp out in front of the house. Would definitely stay again.

The house was just as described, plenty of room lots of decks and places to unwind. Excellent for pups and the beach was just steps away! We had a wonderful time and had a turtle nest our last day, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Listening to the waves and looking out across the Gulf, while relaxing in this beautiful home, made for a perfect family beach vacation. There are so many wonderful outdoor seating options, including a wonderful daybed swing, lounge chairs and a hammock. The fenced in yard also made it an ideal place for our fur babies to enjoy. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We loved everything about this home!
