Guests are within walking distance of First Street's renowned tasting rooms, boutique shops, and restaurants, including Rosmarino Osteria Italiana, Kopitos Cocina, and The Newbergundian Bistro. Spend the day exploring local favorites such as Et Fille Wines, Domaine Lumineux, and Bravuro Cellars, or enjoy nearby outdoor adventures at Champoeg State Park. With Dundee's celebrated wineries and McMinnville's charming historic district just a short drive away, the Newberg Suites provide a welcoming home base for guests eager to discover the beauty, flavor, and spirit of Oregon's wine country.

Located on the second floor, The Gris Room combines style, serenity, and convenience in perfect measure. Here, you can live like a local while indulging in the comfort of a luxury suite.

• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog.

Great location (in Galveston corridor, next to Newport corridor, and easy walk to downtown). Incredibly comfy house with mini splits in each room and hot tub. Management company provides great support.

A Lovely Place to Stay!

We stayed the week before our daughter's wedding and found this to be a perfect place to enjoy time with her leading up to her wedding. The suite was very clean, had a useful kitchen, nice amenities (some ground coffee, wine, and a fun basket of helpful items for our dog), and the location was lovely to be able to walk around downtown and enjoy the local coffee shops and stores in between other activities. We would love to return!

We really enjoy our two week stay at the Newberg Wine Country Suites Gris Room. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and the well-supplied kitchen was really appreciated! Loved being in downtown Newberg where we were within walking distance of so many things. Also appreciated that ample parking was available even though we were downtown. The hosts were always responsive to our needs. We would absolutely stay there again.

Super convenient and comfortable stay!

We booked this suite at the last minute to visit with a friend over a weekend and were quite happy with the convenient central Newburg location, incredibly clean and comfortable property and nicely stocked kitchen. It made for a wonderful weekend visiting and cooking with our friend. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in downtown Newburg

Thankful for this lovely space to hang with my college boy, and his doggie. It was spacious, clean, and cozy for homework and catching up. We will certainly be rebooking for our next visits.

Stay in Newberg

Checkin was smooth. Property was very clean. The furnishings were in great condition. The bed was quite comfortable. Seemed well insulated with little to no noise from adjacent units. Street access was easy with adequate parking.

Rough night crowd. Had someone messing with my truck and I had to go down and run them off but the room was great. Very clean and as advertised. Will likely stay again in future.

Overall great experience!

Had a short "staycation" with my fiance for his birthday. It's a great place for 2 people! The company who runs the room was extremely communicative, and provided pretty intense list of recommendations of wineries and food around the area prior to us even arriving at our place! The bed was spacious and very comfortable! The shower was nice as well (able to fit my 6' 3" fiance). Location wise: it's placed very nicely in the heart of Newberg. We were able to walk to various coffee shops and restaurants in downtown. There were only two cons about the place: Thin walls (and as a result, required quiet hours), and while the bed was comfy, the bed sheet material wasn't too breathable (it got hot very quickly in our bedroom that didn't have good ventilation). However, these two things were not too bad, especially during the cold and off season. And they do provide ear plugs for the thin walls. Overall, this was a great place to stay for us, and we definitely recommend it!

Paper thin walls and horribly overpriced

The bedroom is useless because the walls are so thin you hear people in the next apartment nonstop. You can hear them sneeze. The owners of this property know this too, because they leave earplugs on the night stand. This rental is my worst VRBO experience ever. Stay away. Very, very disappointed, especially considering how much they charge. I'd give zero stars if I could
