Charming Village home in the heart of Southampton

Enjoy your summer in this charming, newly designer decorated home, situated in the heart of Southampton Village. Conveniently located just minutes from town and ocean beaches, this sun-drenched gem features a large primary ensuite with spa-like bathroom and two guest rooms with a shared bathroom. Chefs eat-in kitchen features updated Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. Dining room seats eight and is adjacent to the open concept living room, framed by oversized windows. A half-bath is also ideally positioned off the entrance foyer. An additional secluded den/ TV room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a double-sized bed and comfortably sleeps an additional two. Step outside to your private oasis surrounded by mature landscaping and large gunite pool with tranquil waterfall. Outdoor dining table sits atop a bluestone patio which overlooks the idyllic backyard.

Awesome location & great place!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!

Ideal space to be with family and lounge around in comfort ! (Southampton was our old stomping grounds- so the location was just perfect too !)

Wonderful home in Southampton

Everything was perfect about the stay. The home is spacious and clean. It is a great distance from town, about a 15 min walk which we did multiple times per day.

This place was walkable to CoopersBeach, Cryder Beach, and town. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Southampton Home

My girl friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved the home. The pool was a great temperature and the house was clean and nicely decorated. It is very convenient to get to town and to the beach. Highly recommend!

Southampton getaway

Our stay at the Halsey property was nothing short of perfection. The home is beautifully furnished and allowed us to enjoy close proximity to all the places we wanted to go while visiting . The host Lori, was available immediately for the two questions we asked during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Southampton . 5stars !!!

The property was exactly as described. The location was fantastic, the owner a pleasure to deal with and the only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Great Family Vacy

My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids and dog and had a great time. The house accommodated all of us very easily. The house is in a great location between town and Cooper's beach. We would for sure come back!

Pleasant home in Southampton

A nicely furnished home on a quiet side street. Plenty of privacy in the back yard with the swimming pool. We grilled on the Weber Grill and cooked on the Viking stove. The kitchen was a gourmet pleasure.

A great house!

We ended up renting this house as a secondary house to another rental and we loved the neighborhood of this house even better! So conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach. The house is bright and clean. I just wished there were windows treatments in all the bedrooms. It was very bright in the mornings.

Great house close to town!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well situated for up to 6 friends (all queen and king beds) with a beautiful pool deck, an easy 15 minute walk to Southampton town, and a nice yard. The house is very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. Really recommend if you want to be in Southampton!

Serenity on Halsey Street…

As a first time VRBO renter we had an amazing experience. Location location location!!! Beautiful trees down each street and tall hedged lined throughout the neighborhood. I loved how close we were located to Coopers Beach, retail shops, food markets, SH Arts Center, and restaurants. Our 17 yr old wanted to stay longer. The amenities the house offered were exceptional! The POOL was secluded and cleaned once a day. The privacy of the entire house was perfect. The home decor was Hamptons charming. The bedrooms had great storage and spacious. The living room and tv room had great seating to accommodate our entire family’s game night. The kitchen and bathrooms came with all the trimmings to make our stay comfortable. We made use of the backyard patio amenities (grill, table, and lounge chairs). Washer and dryer came in very handy. I know the house is for sale but if it is still around next year it will be my first choice as a rental again. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but it was booked.

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

Lovely house and very clean inside. Lori was always available for questions and very helpful! The backyard has quite a bit of pine needles and bamboo which unfortunately falls in the pool all day. We also noticed some ticks. Perhaps consider some additional cutting back of trees and trimming in the yard to address these issues? Would stay again though it was a great week.
