La propriété est située à Water Mill, NY 5 minutes en voiture de Flying Point Beach et de Southampton Village. Il se trouve à quelques minutes de marche du Pumpkintown de Hank, du musée d'art de Parrish et du vignoble de Duckwalk.

Il y a une piscine, un barbecue et une très grande terrasse qui se déverse facilement dans la cour. La piscine et la terrasse s'illuminent la nuit.

La propriété repose sur près d'un acre et donne sur une belle réserve agricole. Les cours avant et arrière sont aménagées, spacieuses et ouvertes. (Nous pulvérisons pour les tiques / ravageurs.)

La maison a trois chambres et trois salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure / vestiaire. Il dort 6 adultes. Comprend un lit bébé, un lit bébé, une chaise haute. Il y a un Pack-n-Play, des jouets et du matériel de piscine. Idéal pour une famille avec des nourrissons ou des jeunes enfants.

Salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine avec 3 chambres sur un seul niveau. Plafonds voûtés dans le salon avec une cheminée. Cuisine améliorée avec appareils en acier inoxydable, planchers en bois sablé et teinté, air climatisé central, aspirateur central et système de sécurité. Niveau inférieur fini avec une tanière, salle de bain complète et une buanderie qui ouvre sur le terrain extérieur.

Our family had an incredible stay in the Hamptons. The house was superb for our needs. The kitchen/dining area were great for cooking and gathering as we made several meals there and hosted a family bbq and pool party. The living room was cozy and the record player was both nostalgic and the perfect addition to bring great sounds through the house for our daily family dance parties. The pool and heater were great for the temperate afternoons that we spent enjoying the outside and we used the gardens to compliment our meals with great herbs and tomatoes. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had plenty of space for our needs. The downstairs basement was a great addition and became the perfect kids playroom with a closet full of toys and huge television and popcorn machine that were perfect for family movie nights. Couldn’t beat the location as we walked to both the pumpkin patch across the street and the vineyard next door during our stay. It was centrally located to the grest restaurants and beaches in both Southampton and Water Mill. The owner was super helpful in reaching out to give instructions and walk us through everything we needed during our trip. We would love to come back and stay here again. Such a fun, memorable trip and the accommodations complimented it perfectly.

A great stay

We had a great time. Our kids loved the back yard and the pool, and all the kids toys were a big bonus. The house was close to downtown and beaches. We would definitely come back in the summer or perhaps for a fall weekend with the pumpkin farm so close by. Such a great spot.

The perfect family home

If you’re looking for a stress free getaway with you little ones this is the dream home! Melissa was helpful from the get go with tips on the area, things to do and how to get around. The check in process was seamless and the home was an absolute delight. Melissa even left us some beverages and wine in the fridge! Our kids were in heaven with all the toys, art supplies, the pool and the lawn. We could get some down time because they were so occupied with exploring this incredibly kid friendly space. This was a home which is for families, we enjoyed every minute of our weekend and hope to be able to go back again soon!

The best winter getaway from the city

I still can’t get over how wonderful our visit to Melissa’s home was! As soon as I booked, Melissa was accommodating and welcoming. When we walked into the home, it was everything she had promised in the listing (and more)! We ended up extending our original trip and I’m thrilled we did! We ended up staying through a snowstorm and there’s really nowhere else we’d rather spend a snow day! Melissa told us where to find the sled so we could fully enjoy the winter wonderland they the house became. I truly hope we can vacation here again!!!

Perfect getaway for a family with young children

We decided on a whim to come spend a few days here with our 4.5-year-old and 1-year-old and it was the best decision! Melissa responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for our arrival (the next day!!). The house was completely stocked with everything we need. There are toys, kid bedding, and even food! We ended up extending our stay and can’t wait for the next few days!

Family enjoyed their stay. Home is lovely and located close to town. Awesome neighborhood and very safe. Highway is a bit busy so must be mindful. Town explodes with much to do!!!!

Great Experience

We had a great overall stay - the property is particularly well set up for young families. The pool and backyard were fantastic, and my kids (and their grandparents!) loved pick fruit and vegetables in the garden. There are so many toys and books at the house, it makes packing as a young family so much easier. Melissa was also a great host - very responsive and attentive to our requests/needs. My wife and I also really enjoyed the proximity to Southhampton and Water Mill town centers, and the ability to mix a family trip with some high end restaurant outings. Try Kissaki and Bistro Ete in Water Mill. 5 stars - very much recommend for families, but also a great option without kids given the proximity to Southhampton and Water Mill.

Perfection

The property owner was extremely responsive and amazing. The property was in perfect condition and is located in a great place. Access to the beach was a great as it was a short drive away, and the pool, backyard and grounds were really amazing to hang with my family. The grounds are thoughtfully kept up for families and had plenty of amenities and activities to keep us entertained. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again!

Perfect!

Visited this area for the first time with my daughter-in-law and six year old granddaughter. Loved the house and location. It was nice to be in between Southhampton and Bridgehampton. The house was incredibly well-stocked and comfortable. It was as if the owners has just walked out the door before we arrived. My granddaughter loved playing with the toys in the living room. There was only three of us so we didn't use the downstairs (except for the laundry room). Although the weather was cold and rainy during our stay, I loved the beautiful view of the pool and beyond. Melissa Otto was very easy to work with and there is no doubt we would love to stay in this area and this home again.

Toddler Heaven!

This is the perfect place for toddlers and young kids. Our 2 1/2 year old had the best time playing with all the toys and games. We didn't have to worry about childproofing anything (it was already done) and having a toddler bed and crib in the house was so helpful. The lawn is gorgeous and the pool deck is huge. We can't wait to return when the weather is warm so we can enjoy the pool. Highly recommend Melissa too! Very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Time with Family

We enjoyed staying at this very lovely house with three kids. The house is well maintained and clean. The pool was amazing. Our family could not have asked for a better place to stay in the Hamptons. The house is conveniently located to many nearby beaches and wineries.

WE RENTED THE HOME FOR A FAMILY WEDDING IN SOUTHAMPTON. IT WAS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT AND COMFORTABLE. WE ONLY HAD THREE OF US STAYING THERE BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN MANY MORE. THE HOME HAS A GREAT YARD AND POOL AREA. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE OWNER WERE TIMELY AND THOROUGH. THE HOME WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND CLEAN BUT ALSO DECORATED IN A WAY THAT MADE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE USING IT. IT IS DEFINITELY FAMILY FRIENDLY AND CAN ACCOMMODATE MANY FAMILY MEMBERS. WE WOULD HAPPILY RENT IT AGAIN.

Great house, great host, exactly as advertised... no brainer for family vacation.

We stayed for a week with our 2 kids (4yo and 2yo), and couldn’t have had a more positive experience. Where to begin... First off - we will definitely come back for another stay and would recommend to friends which is prob the highest praise you can give a place. Pros: owner is super helpful and easy to deal with (walked in to welcome basket with food etc), place is exactly as advertised, great deck/ pool, quiet scenic location, very kid friendly (snacks, crib in house, booster seat etc), very close to Southampton town. Cons: really nit picking here but watermill town doesn’t have much there.

Incredible getaway

My family and I stayed for three nights and could not have been more satisfied. The house is beautiful and elegant, while at the same time catering towards young children. Not only was the property gorgeous and the pool immaculate, but Melissa was highly responsive and caring. She responded promptly to our every question and request. Could not ask for more in a home, a pool, and an owner. Our expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location to Southampton Village and the beaches/farms.
Walk to the new Japanese spa, Shou Sugi Ban, Parrish Art Museum and Duckwalk Vineyard for live music.
Hank's Pumpkintown theme park is across the street and is great fun in fall.
We are 1-2 miles from Southampton Village shopping/hospital/movie theatre.
