This is close to Cubs Spring Training, local dining, shopping, casino's, multiple venues for sports including the Arizona Coyotes NHL Team that is relocating just down the road from this unit, Phoenix Rising Premier soccer league, our awesome Diamondbacks baseball team, our Arizona Cardinals, and our 2 professional basketball teams including the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury! Don't forget that we are a few miles from ASU and enjoy all NCAA Pac 12 games nearby!!
