You're right that this condo is literally steps away from the easy staircase to the beach, and because we're oceanfront, even the ground floor patio has the most gorgeous ocean view. Each condo is individually owned and unique, and Sea Clusion was also very recently remodeled, so we're so happy to hear you had everything you needed! We’re truly sorry your stay was impacted by carpet cleaning in neighboring units and that the beds didn’t provide the comfort you needed. It’s important to note that our property consists of 63 individually owned condos, and each owner has the ability to schedule maintenance or repairs in their units as needed. While we do our best to minimize disruptions, some maintenance activities are outside of our control. We also regret that our team’s response during your stay came across as unhelpful. Providing a supportive and solution-oriented experience is a priority for us, and we apologize for missing the mark. Your feedback about the cookware, mattress comfort, and pull-out sofa is appreciated, and we will share it with the unit’s owner for review.
