Summary:
Unit 108 is a privately owned studio condominium with incredible ocean views and a ground-level patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. This space can comfortably sleep up to 4 on a Queen bed and sleeper sofa. Take advantage of a fully stocked kitchenette, with full-sized appliances and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo. The central location, the nearby attractions, and the beach access right outside add the perfect touch to your adventure!

The Space:
Unit 108 is a privately owned studio condominium with incredible ocean views and a ground-level patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. This space can comfortably sleep up to 4 on a Queen bed and sleeper sofa. Take advantage of a fully stocked kitchenette, with full-sized appliances and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo. The central location, the nearby attractions, and the beach access right outside add the perfect touch to your adventure!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The Condo was perfect for our stay. It was equipped with everything we needed to watch the the ocean and watch Seahawks win the Superbowl! We look forward to staying here again

Great view and easy access to beach

Excellent access and view with times we could see a whale/s, a seal, pelicans and of course plenty of sea gulls. The only real negative was a squeaking bed.

Beautiful views!

This property was great! The access to the beach is unbeatable. It's literally steps away. The condo itself was well equipped and had everything we needed. The management was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

You're right that this condo is literally steps away from the easy staircase to the beach, and because we're oceanfront, even the ground floor patio has the most gorgeous ocean view. Each condo is individually owned and unique, and Sea Clusion was also very recently remodeled, so we're so happy to hear you had everything you needed! Wonderful place to stay. Communication with the management team was great and appreciated. The condo was perfect. Wish we could have stayed another night or 2. Very clean and the kitchenette was stocked with what we needed. Convenient and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back.

NYE stay

The room was great. Very clean and had everything I needed for a long weekend. The property as a whole had trash all over the place. There were multiple dirty diapers and full bags of dog poop in front of the property as well as the back leading down to the beach.

The location can’t be beat. Being able to walk out the door and onto the beach was wonderful. The room was updated and modern, clean and well stocked. The pool is out of order, which was disappointing. Parking was a little tight. Overall would stay here again.

Perfect for Ocean Watchers

My 89-year-old Mom and I sat and watched and listened to the waves most of the time. So fun watching the birds and watching people enjoy the water and sand. So many restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Even some within walking distance. The fold out sofa bed was easy and the mattress comfortable. The condo #108, was above our expectations.

Beautiful spot but had issues

The location cannot be beat—right on the beach! The interior has been updated, was clean and nicely decorated without lots of knickknacks and weird decor like some short term rentals. Odd assortment of pots and pans, and no large bowl like to mix a salad. Went here for a retreat to rejuvenate, but they were cleaning carpets in the rooms next to mine for all the days I was there. Also the beds are not good so I didn’t get much rest. Assuming you won’t have issues with carpet cleaning like me, but bring a queen size mattress topper unless you like sleeping on a board. Pull out sofa was like sleeping in a bowl with a big sag in the center. Management company was responsive but not helpful at all. Basically said sorry for your luck. If you can fix the bed issues then this spot is beautiful

Great stay

Nice and clean Comfortable bed and bedding. Kitchen had everything I needed . Only complaint is loos e the hobby lobby table centerpiece with the 39.99 price tag. Tacky, fake and stop supporting a bigoted , racist company like hobby lobby.

Review of Room 108

The room was nice and clean, the kitchen was equipped well and the view was gorgeous. Room 108 is a four person room—we had three people. I did not like that it only had two chairs around the table when we had three people and it was a room for four people. The 3 of us were unable to eat together or play games around the table as we needed an additional chair. There also was only one extra bed pillow when two would have been nice. When I booked the room it's said that check out time was at noon but there was a note in the bathroom saying that checkout time was at 11 am which I thought was way too early. I would've really liked to have had that extra hour to make eat lunch in the room. I think the toilet needed a new flapper because I think that water was leaking out of the tank because toilet kept turning on and off with water running back into the tank. It drove us nuts.
