The location was very nice facing the ocean, however the street noise was disturbing. While the condo inside was pretty clean (there was some mold in the shower seams) the stairs outside were very dirty and a black bag of garbage stayed at the base of the stairs for more than 24 hours.

Everything was as shown on website, views excellent! Beach access excellent! Room was clean and orderly, had everything needed although we do not cook on vacation, beds were good...the building's themselves are needing some updates, especially the balconies and outside paint, but overall this is a great place to enjoy family vacation!! Highly encourage a full day to drive South on 101 at leadt as far as Newpory, to stop and see the views, and 101 North to Canon Beach, many little towns and sights, loved it!!

Place was great for what we needed. The only issue was the deck had alot of pigeon poop, a half built nest and two pigeons staring us down as if we didn't belong there! They eventually hopped on the deck next door and watched as we cleaned up the chairs and deck. After sitting down I think they realized that we weren't leaving and gave up on the idea of nesting there. They kept visiting to make sure, but I think they got the picture and eventually left us alone.
