Also known as "Beach, Please", Unit 217 is a beautiful 2nd floor, one bedroom suite that offers up to 6 people amazing ocean views from the balcony, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need. Sleep like a King in the bedroom, or claim the queen bed or sleeper sofa in the living room for the ocean's soothing white noise. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room completes the picture. Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
