🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.

Location was great and house was clean and updated. However, it’s a split level duplex with minimal privacy. You can hear everything from the other unit. We had dogs barking non-stop during our stay. I would not return here.

The house was very clean and the beds were great! The views and location were perfect. It do storm the day before we got there. We arrived to the driveway and the walkway not being shoveled. The walkway were very icy also. I called to have them take care of this. They did come back to shovel but not to lay salt down. We found a bucket of salt on the back deck and took care of it ourselves. I'm not impressed with that. The kitchen was lacking in cooking where but was sufficient for our stay. It was only a Keurig and not a regular coffee maker. The homeless layout made it hot in the upper bedrooms and cold in the living.

Had the best time ever in Colorado Springs! Cannot recommend this place enough, it was clean, well kept, close to Everything! The Property manager was super nice and was extremely prompt when replying to me about anything. I would definitely stay here again!
