Bella Vita is a small 4 condo complex that sits Beach side in the heart of Indian Shores. This unit does not have a direct Gulf Front View. All units have recently been updated with brand new living room furniture which includes a queen sofa sleeper.

There is no pool at Bella Vita , but the Gulf of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air. Bring the whole family and the dog (1 dog per unit) (20lb weight limit) to this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

Bella 9 is on the 2nd floor and is located beach side with only another cottage sitting between it and the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has a queen bed and sits adjacent to the full size bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo.
A separate shared laundry room is available for added convenience. The large kitchen overlooks the living area and has everything you might need to cook your favorite meal or your catch of the day.

The complex is close to many local restaurants and shopping in the area. Clearwater Beach is located a short distance to the North and John's Pass in Madeira Beach is a short distance to the South. Both places are a great place to spend the day sightseeing and have an abundance of specialty stores to shop until you drop in.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a community washer/dryer. . At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Dogs only are permitted in this vacation rental and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Only 1 dog permitted and must not weigh over 20lbs. is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. .

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
