Home has everything you need to feel right at home. Indoor laundry room, coffee/tea bar, smart T.V.'s in each room with streaming programs included. Access to the home is gained by keyless entry. Clean, updated, cozy home. centrally located near shopping, restaurants , outdoor activities and more. You will feel right at home with everything you need to relax. Kitchen is fully stocked and you also have full access to the coffee bar.

You have access to the entire home. The detached garage is currently being used for storage. Inside the garage you will find extra outdoor seating, electric grill on wheels and a game of corn hole for your enjoyment .

You will not see us while on your stay unless of course you need assistance. The home is equipped with keyless entry.

2 parks in the neighborhood. One large park with splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and walking trail. The other park is a smaller "toddler park"

Car, bike, walk or Uber

This is a family friendly neighborhood and has a noise ordinance at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Pet fee for the first dog is $100.00, second dog is $50.00. No heavy shedding breeds (MUST BE ON RESERVATION MAX OF 2), please note that the pet fee does NOT included waste removal and it is your responsibility to pick up all dog waste, failure in doing so will result in an additional $150.00 fee. The couch will have a cover, but dogs are not allowed on beds. If you falsify a service dog you will be reported to the ADA and your reservation can be terminated. A service animal BY LAW must never be left alone in the home and must be with its handler at ALL TIMES. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $500.00 fee for deep cleaning and Ozone treatment. We are located in a very humid and wooded area, bugs are plentiful outside and we would like to keep them outside. We have regular pest service but ask for you help by keeping the doors closed at all times and by not leaving food out. .

Longer term renters are welcome (prior approval needed). Please note that all reservations require a signed rental agreement.
