There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor, the master and the bunkroom. The master is complete with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, beautiful views and a connecting bathroom with dual sinks and a large newly done shower. The bunk room is next door with two sets of twin bunk beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
Up the steps from the entryway on the top level is the third bedroom. This bedroom has its own bathroom that makes for a perfect private domain.
New washer and dryer are located on the ground floor along with the spacious two car garage.
This property is located next to the Snowcreek Golf Course, & scenic walking paths. The Village is a mere 1.9 miles from the property and the trolley line that runs through town picks up right next to the Snowcreek Athletic Club.
