Our large, modern townhouse is perfect for a relaxing and worry-free stay - close to everything you may need and fully equipped with plenty of amenities. There is plenty of space for guests as the home spans 3 floors and has a large shared backyard. The area is quite walkable, and we have free parking in the garage.
Feel relaxed and comfortable right away in our spacious yet cozy townhouse! Enjoy plenty of natural light, and the privacy of 3 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.
The main bedroom is on the top floor and features a king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and an ensuite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the middle floor, 1 has a queen bed and the other has a double bed. Both have plenty of closet space.
Each bedroom has its own dedicated workspace, and there is wifi available so guests can conveniently work from home if needed.
Relax in the living room - guests will find plenty of cozy seating options, a smart TV, and even a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential appliances and weâve included cooking basics for guests wanting to prepare meals. Please enjoy the BBQ outside as well!
There is a washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.
1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.
4) Please note that guests will need to climb stairs in the townhouse.

4. No glitter or sparkles
5. No unregistered guests
6. No loud noise after 10 PM
7. Pets must be included in the reservation
