An ideal spot for your family or group to experience what the Branson area has to offer. It's EXTREMELY close to Silver Dollar City, a short drive to Indian Point Marina for lake access & minutes away from the Branson Strip. The large back deck provides breathtaking views of the Ozark landscape & a quick walk down 18 stairs to our front door provides the seclusion one seeks while on vacation.
Stay and play in our family fun, pet friendly (additional fees apply) condo. If you are looking to explore during the day and relax with some fun when you get back look no further! With three bedrooms and four bathrooms there are plenty of sleeping options and space for everyone!
-KITCHEN-
The kitchen features granite throughout, stainless appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and don't worry about the coffee, we have that covered too!
-DINING/LIVING-
The dining and living area provides ample seating. Pull up a chair for dinner or break out a game for some friendly competition around the table. Tired feet? Kick back on the large sectional and pull up a movie on the 65'' 4k tv!
-DECK-
Don't forget to enjoy a sunset on the extra large back patio which features seating for relaxing or eating and an electric grill.
-BEDROOMS-
When you are ready to rest your eyes there are three bedrooms to choose from. Two master suites feature King beds with en suite bathrooms and walk out patio doors. They each have a bench seating the doubles as a kids bed. This is a great place to sleep a child that needs to be close by.
The third bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed with pull out trundle.
All bedrooms have tv with steaming capabilities.
-BATHROOMS-
All 4 bathrooms include a walk in shower (NO TUB AVAILABLE), granite vanities, fresh linens and complimentary soaps.
- Laundry-
For your convivence a stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit so no need to pack extra clothes!

Hi there! Ben and Chelsie here and we are the owners of the condo. We are a family of 5, with three little boys that keep us on our toes! Iowa is where we have our roots planted permanently but we love to vacation to Branson and spend our time on the lake as much as possible. Family time and building memories is very important to us and we hope this condo can be a place other families can make many memories as well.
Since we are not currently in the area making memories, our Property Host, Heidi, will be available for your assistance shall you need it.

You can sit back and enjoy a drink on the deck, taking in the beautiful landscape, grab a game for yourself or with others, curl up with a movie or even cook up your favorite meal! Don't forget you can grab a pool towel and head up to the pool, hot tub or splash pad! There is also the playground and dog run if you need some energy burnt! With so many options your time here on the resort can be as fun filled as when you are out and about.
