The Space:

The second floor offers a wrap-around deck that provides the most amazing views of the sunset and fireworks that often fill the Newport skies. The front lawn provides a great space for entertainment with a large wrap-around deck facing the water inclusive of a dining area, lounge furniture, a convenient outdoor shower, and a beautiful landscape.



With over 5,200 sqft of living area, 8 beautiful bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms this home can sleep up to 16 guests. This home consists of a 6-bedroom main house and an attached, but private master suite with water views. A spacious king en-suite can also be found in the main house. The lawn area is fenced in and provides a contained area for children to play while the adults relax!



Guest Access:

This home provides direct beach access.

No need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, or towels- we have you covered!



The Neighborhood:

This home is located at the very tip of Easton's point, on the beach and is a five-minute drive or short walk to downtown Newport.
