Newport plages sont à seulement 3 minutes en voiture. Profitez d'une belle vue sur l'océan plein air pont au large de la salle de divertissement situé au 3ème étage. Patio privé. Partez pour une promenade ou de la crème glacée pour les nombreux endroits dans le centre-ville de Newport. Bien qu'il soit situé dans le centre de la ville, il est rue très calme.

Il ya aussi une autre vue sur l'océan pont au 2ème étage.

You’ll wish you lived there…

Beautiful and spacious house with a relaxing view of the harbor from the top floor. The house is well appointed and more spacious than appeared in the photos. It is also in an amazing location that permits walking to the main drag with restaurants, bars and shops easily accessible.

Perfect getaway!

Rented this property for a bachelorette, it was beyond perfect! It was better than the pictures, could not have asked for a more ideal location. There was enough space for all, very relaxing and high end. Gabriel was very communicative and made us feel like this was our home for the weekend. Highly Recommend, gorgeous sunsets! Would love to rent again.

Excellent Stay!

The house was spacious and beautiful. The bar room on the bottom floor is a great place to host a gathering and the location is central to all the shops, restaurants and attractions.

Absolutly perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better week! The accommodations were fabulous and the amendities were numerous. The host thought of everything and was quick to reply to questions. My daughter got married in Newport and this luxury home exceeded all of our expectations!

We had an amazing time and the house is wonderful! Location is perfect, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen and living area is on the top floor so the view is fantastic and a great place to gather!

Forever memories made in an absolutely amazing home!

We can not say enough great things about this house!!!!! The location is amazing and the view was breathtaking! The house was super clean (I think the couch was even vaccumed 👍) and the space was perfect for everyone. The bar was such a fun touch to hang out and take pictures and gather before our wedding events! ❤️ Having the 4 covered parking spots were amazing! And the communication with Gabriel was sooooo easy and he responded back so quickly! 👍You can really see the love and dedication Gabriel and Vivian put into the home! We have already recommended this amazing property to friends/family who plan to travel to Newport and we will definitely be back! ❤️

We were so impressed with this home. The bedrooms are clean and the upstairs has a beautiful view of the harbor. You are smack dab in the thick of downtown Newport on Thames Street. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was amazing and much more spacious than I originally thought! We got married in Newport and comfortably fit our wedding party. My husband and I had large separate spaces to get ready it was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Amazing House and Location!

Gabriel was very helpful from the check-in and arrival process and any needs during our stay (although we didn't need anything). Such a great location in the heart of Newport, can walk everywhere, highly recommend. The house itself is well kept, very spacious, and the living room is a great layout for entertaining large groups. Would stay here again!

Great house in great location

We really enjoyed staying in this house in Newport. It had enough room for the whole family, was in a great location, and had a very nice living room/kitchen with a view of the water. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions. We would recommend it to anyone else considering.

Great house, great location

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and had SO much room for all of us. The upstairs kitchen area was brand new and you could even see the water. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had en suite bathrooms which was a huge plus. The house was located right in town which made walking to bars and restaurants really east. Gabriel was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property!

Amazing 60th Birthday Celebration

We stayed here for a 60th birthday celebration. We were 12 peope in all. It was the perfect house for us in the perfect location. The house is beautiful with a huge dining table that seats 14. We all cooked ahead of time and bought it with us for the first night because we wanted take advantage of the house with a beautiful view of the harbor. It did not dissapoint. We had a couple of hiccups with the fireplace and dishwasher but Gabriel the owner came over right away to take a look. Such a nice guy! There is a huge bar downstairs that we took full advantage of and had a blast! This is a great house if you are looking to fill it with people. There were so many bathrooms I couldnt count. And the list goes on of great things. The only general consensus of the group was the bedding. Its a high end house but could use new mattresses and higher end sheets, pillows and blankets. Other than that We totally reccomend it!!!

Fabulous Rental!

The house was so clean, perfectly located, loved the large common area. We had my daughter and nephew with some of their friends for dinner - watched the sunset, cooked some pasta and all 12 of us could fit at their beautiful dining room table. Would definitely rent again. Not to mention how much fun the bar area was too!! Great house to get together with friends and family while enjoying beautiful Newport! Thank You!

Wedding celebration

Family stay for son’s wedding. Stayed 4 nights and house was perfect for 3 generations staying together. Bathrooms for every bedroom, great first floor bar for gatherings and third floor great room and gourmet kitchen spectacular for up to 14 people. Views incredible and fall sunsets memorable. House had everything we needed and Gabriel was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Gathering house in ideal location

House is located just steps from the heart of Newport, yet far enough away that noise is not an issue. Main bedrooms are all pretty standard and there is an apartment that a full family with kids can all fit into and have their own space. The main attraction of the house though is the gathering spaces with a large kitchen and dining area on the 3rd floor (table seats 14) with a lovely view over Newport harbor and on the first floor is your own private historic bar.

Family Vacation

This property is perfect for a larger group. we loved the ease of going to and from town. The view from the third floor is wonderful as is the oversized dining table which was a perfect place to gather as a family. The authentic 1790 pub was an added bonus for sure. We definitely hope to return.

Owned by a Newport couple (Gabriel & Viviana). Viviana is an Architect and has designed and managed the 2 major renovations of the house, in 2004 and 2013/14. She likes to design spaces, combining 'old' and 'new' with perfect blends. High ceilings are a must and the house has them all around.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It is in the BEST location in Newport, with the convenience of having 4 parking spaces in downtown Newport (very rare), it has a fantastic view to the harbor and America's Cup Blvd. This is an antique bar from the 1790's converted into a summer vacation place. First renovation included the 'old bar' which has been preserved and 2nd was a large addition of 4 parking spaces, 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and an entertainment kitchen/living room with Ocean View

The property has great character, it has fabulous water views 2nd and 3rd floors. It has 4 parking spaces, which is unique in downtown Newport. It is loacated 20 yards walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The house is equipped with wireless Internet, TV, Sonos wireless speakers and flat screen TV's - all seamlessly blended into this lovingly restored 18th century 'bar' on the bay.
