This condo is a 5 minute walk to Maverick Train Station

There is also an 8 minute water taxi into downtown. It is usually $12 and there are a lot of providers. Look this info up online. Pick up is at 40 E Pier which is a 4 min walk.

Parking Information:
Parking is tough after 6pm. It gets harder the closer you get to 6pm. If you make it around 4 or earlier you should be okay. The earlier the better and you'll be just fine. Most of the spots are 2 hour parking between 8am-6pm (unless you have a resident sticker). So you will have to move your car every few hours. I would recommend using the app "Spot Hero" to just buy a cheap spot for your stay.

Also, please be aware of street cleaning signs. Thursdays and Fridays between 8am-12pm some street cleaning signs will not let you park there during those times...

All in all parking is manageable. If you are concerned I would look into some weekend lots along the Blue Line MBTA and take the train in. Or check out some local lots. As I mentioned before Spot Hero is a great app to rent a spot.

We will have a TV in the living room and bedroom with streaming. Feel free to ask us any other questions!

Please note our house rules:
* Please remove outdoor shoes inside...Bring indoor slippers or shoes if you prefer.
* No smoking, no beer pong, and no loud music or partying after 11 pm.
* Guests should clean up after themselves, including dishes. Remember, everything must be left how you found it

Pets:
Pets are okay. We charge a pet fee that is used for the additional clean. Any additional damage done by a pet will be taken out of your security deposit. We must be aware of pets on the premises. Please indicate you are bringing a pet at booking and pay

Extra Guests:
No unlisted guests. When booking, we ask our guests to indicate the total number of guests who are staying at the property. You do not have to update your reservation if this changes, just send us a message to let us know. Please note that this cannot be over the max amount of guests at the original booking.

Dishwasher & Disposal Rules:
Do not use the disposal!!! Food goes into the TRASH!
Step 1: Dump plate into the trash
Step 2: Rinse plate in sink
Step 3: Place in dishwasher
If the disposal breaks or the dishwasher backs up and leaks, you may lose your security deposit for careless behavior! I hate to sound uptight but you wouldn't believe what we have seen!

***Every extra hour of cleaning beyond normal sheets, linens & surfaces is an extra $50 an hour that will be taken out of your security deposit. This is at the sole discretion of our housekeeper. She invoices us for all extra work. Please try and leave place as close to how you found it as possible.****

Do not unplug anything that was plugged in when you checked in. If we have to send someone to reconnect Wi-Fi or any other devices, you will be charged $50. Our security cameras run off Wi-Fi, we need it to remained plugged in. We have cameras monitoring entrances and exits only.
