Cet appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est flambant neuf - avec tout le mobilier. Il comprend une reine et une chambre en suite pleine grandeur. L'unité est extrêmement propre et très joliment décorée. À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare Ashmont (ligne rouge), qui vous emmènera directement au centre-ville de Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass. Il y a deux grands restaurants à proximité - Ashmont Grill et Tavolo Ristorante, ainsi qu'un café local + un Dunkin juste en face de la station T.

Notre maison a été construite au début des années 1890. Il est situé à Ashmont Hill, qui est une zone du quartier Dorchester de Boston - qui est connu pour ses belles maisons victoriennes, son quartier diversifié et éclectique. La maison est située à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la station Ashmont T, qui est la première ou la dernière station sur la ligne rouge. Extrêmement pratique.

L'appartement Ashmont est un appartement de deux chambres. Une chambre (The Map Room) a un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain. Alors que l'autre chambre (The Elephant Room), est également équipée d'un lit double et de sa propre salle de bain. L'appartement comprend un salon ouvert et une cuisine. Les clients à long terme (7+ jours ou plus) ont également accès à la laveuse et à la sécheuse, si nécessaire. Veuillez demander à votre hôte re. quelle laveuse et sécheuse utiliser, car il y a deux ensembles sur la propriété.

We're Eddie and Elizabeth ! A young and fun loving couple currently living and working in the great City of Boston.
However, we're both originally from Texas. But met and got married in China just before repatriating back to the U.S. in 2016. We both absolutely love to eat, drink, host, mingle, and travel. We are always thinking, planning or dreaming of new adventures close and afar. And anywhere we travel, we usually seek the latest culinary experience, or are in search for that perfect cocktail anywhere we go.
And right behind traveling, we both absolutely love to host! We believe that hospitality is really an acquired art form for making others feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. We believe that it is the talent for spreading warmth and kindness that will be remembered always!
We both lived abroad for a great part of our lives. Elizabeth spent time in Africa and went to school in France before moving to Asia. I, on the other hand - spent time in Europe before moving to Beijing in 2000, right after graduating from college.
Our paths crossed in China in 2010, and in 2015 we tied the knot in Shanghai. Shortly thereafter, In 2016, we repatriate back to the US - and now call Boston home.
We both had great experiences traveling in Asia, and we felt compelled to return back to the Americas and try to replicate the same adventures here at home. We are now both very happy to be back in the US - and even more so when we have the opportunity to live in this great city.

Our home was built in the early 1890's. It is located in Ashmont Hill, which is a historical area within Boston's Dorchester neighborhood, that is known for their beautiful victorian homes, diverse and eclectic neighborhood. The house is located only about a five minute walk from the Ashmont T station, which is the first or last station on the red line. Extremely convenient.

The Ashmont apartment is a two bedroom apartment. One bedroom (The Map Room) has a queen size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. While the other room (The Elephant Room), comes with a full size bed and its own ensuite bathroom as well. The apartment includes an open living room and kitchen.
Everything is brand-new, modern and very comfortable.
