You will love relaxing in our backyard cooking in our "Argentine Gaucho" style grill while dipping your feet in the pool and watching the sunset from our hammock. A clean and practical location that is a mile away from retail shops, grocery stores, I-30, restaurants, and the Rockwall Harbor. Whether you're looking for a quick getaway or a time with family and friends, we believe that you will love our pet-friendly home.

Girl’s Getaway

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and it was a great time. The pool was wonderful and perfect for lounging and walking around in. The outdoor seating was really nice tho it was too hot for us to want to really sit outside and not in the pool. We were told there were tables and chairs in the shed but it had grape vines growing over it and none of us wanted to try and get anything out of there. The rooms worked out really well and there were plenty of towels for everyone plus some. The kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of glassware and everything you might want or need. The oven/stove had a couple buttons missing but it was easy enough to figure out. There’s big windows in the kitchen facing the street with no coverings, curtains/ blinds would be nice but we got used to it quickly. One of the sliding doors to the laundry literally came off the track when I was trying to close it and fell on my head when we were leaving! I told them about it and they said they would send out someone to fix it so I don’t think that should be an issue for anyone else lol! We all really enjoyed our time and were excited that there were shops and restaurants right near the house!

We loved the pool!

The pool was worth the stay! The communication with the owners was great and they were very nice and accommodating. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 small dogs and there was plenty of space. There were a few things my in-laws wanted me to point out on their behalf and that was the medicine in the fridge, some dishes in the cabinet that were still dirty, and the bottom mattress in the kids room didn’t have a mattress protector on it and there were stains all over. All in all it was a nice stay and we had great time.

Wonderful place

The host was extremely helpful, responsive and answer ed our questions in a timely manner. Our little one didn't want to leave, he loved the decorative child room and actually slept in there all night. The house is exactly as the picture and the backyard was very relaxing. It rained and cut our time short swimming but, overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

"Home Away from Home"

Thanks so much for sharing your home! This was a great experience and I have ZERO complaints. The thoughtfulness that has been so obviously put into this home, exceeds expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly book again. The owners were extremely attentive and responsive, and the house had everything one might need while vacationing.

Great location and loved the pool

We visited Rockwall again to see our kids and grandkids! We had a cookout on the weekend. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool. The house has everything you can imagine needing. It was very clean. We had plenty of room. There are restaurants and shopping very close by. We found our new favorite place for our visits. Thank you so much for the memories made in your home!

Excellent experience!

This property was great and met all our needs. The owner was available and responsive anytime we reached out. We even asked about a Bluetooth speaker and the owner did not have one, but immediately purchased one and had it sent to the house for us to use before we left. That was such a great surprise!!

Very comfortable stay in a cute cozy home

Loved our stay. Very comfortable in a very convenient location. The kids loooooooved the pool! There’s a kids room with some kids toys which was very nice to have! Everything is just a skip down the road. It was nice to be in Tx again for a few days and have the fam over for a swim day. Great house and great hosts!

Beautiful home with plenty of space

We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The pool and outdoor space were lovely with grill and charcoal provided. The house stayed cool despite the 100+ TX heat! Easy access to Target/ Walmart for any shopping/grocery needs. I do wish there would've been coverings for large window on front of the house, but the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet so it wasn't a major concern. The owners were easy to contact if needed, very nice, and extremely attentive. This was my first experience with a vacation home rental and I can't wait to do it again!

If you're looking for that perfect place to stay look no further.

We had an amazing time. This place is absolutely perfect. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The property and pool were both well maintained. Our host was very responsive and the location was perfect. At the end of the day the only downfall was having to leave.
