Guests will have full access to all Niguel Shores amenities, including car barcodes for entrance gates and key fobs for the pool, beach, and pedestrian gates.

Home Features
-Entertainment: Each bedroom, as well as the living and kitchen areas, are equipped with new smart TVs.
-Connectivity: Strong WiFi throughout the home, with one bedroom featuring a desk for remote work or school.
-Utilities: Gas and electric, including pool heating, are transferred to the guest's name and paid by the guest for the duration of their stay.

Included Services
Monthly Stay: A 30-day minimum stay includes one mid-stay house cleaning, weekly gardening, and weekly pool maintenance, all paid by the owner.

Family-Friendly: While we welcome families, the home is not child-proofed and is more suitable for older children. The pool does NOT have a cover.

Quiet Enjoyment: Due to the serene nature of the community and the 24/7 security patrol, the home is most suitable for quieter groups. We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Large parties or events are not permitted.
