Comfy Get Away house with full amenities and recently remodeled
Upon entering the locked gate, you will find a massive and beautiful old oak tree dropping shade on the entire front half of the property. Under it is a Double-wide mobile home, recently renovated to have modern masonry, double-pane windows, new insulation, paint, slate floors, with a touch of the original design. There is a cozy hearth pellet stove for the winter and 2x evaporative coolers for the summer. There is plenty of space and if you need more, there is a detached garage for safety storage. The view off the front patio is North facing, pleasant and the sun will always be behind you or blocked by shade. The rural setting of the neighborhood may be a surprising change from city and suburbs, but the small town atmosphere is alive here and everyone is quite pleasant.
There is a Patio Gazeebo and some patio furniture, but the Jacuzzi is disconnected for liability reasons.
There lot is seperated by 2 fenced areas for pets or small children.
There is a 50 AMP 220V level 2 EV charger on the driveway for those in need.
