Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Riverbay Estates, just minutes from beaches and downtown Chatham. River bay is a large private neighborhood, safe for biking, running, and walking. Perfect location, Jackknife Beach on Pleasant Bay is only 3 minutes away and is a great spot for swimming, paddling and  beachcombing, as well as families with young children. No beach sticker required! Only 5 minutes to Schoolhouse Pond or Goose Pond for freshwater swimming as well. There are also two ponds in the Riverbay neighborhood - Trout Pond and Pickerel Pond - great for kayaking and leisurely freshwater fishing. Enjoy deeded rights to these ponds and the Monomoy River flowing to Pleasant Bay. Ideal neighborhood with quiet tree-lined streets for walking, biking, running - very safe for children and dogs. You are also welcome to store bikes and kayaks in the large 2 car garage during your stay. 



Inside, the home offers a generous amount of living space and is well-appointed for groups of up to 10. The large and sunny living room has two areas - a sitting area with large flat screen TV with cable and comfortable sectional sofa, and a gaming area with table and plenty of games and puzzles for after the beach. Bose Soundtouch speaker provided for music streaming. 



The living room flows into a GORGEOUS & bright kitchen area featuring an eat-at island, brand new stainless steel appliances & gleaming hardwood floors. This newly renovated space is the perfect spot for gathering, entertaining & of course, EATING! The screened porch offers a nice shady spot to read or enjoy afternoon cocktails. There is also a fire pit and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dogs will love running around the yard and the neighborhood is very safe for walks. Conservation trails also nearby for more exploring! 



The main level features a primary bedroom with king bed and en suite full bath with tub/shower combo, as well as a queen bedroom and half bath. Enjoy central AC on this level! Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two queen beds, ceiling fans and window AC units. A second full bath with stand up shower is on the upper level as well. 



You'll love this home, and its central location! Harding Beach on the Nantucket Sound is only 10 minutes down the road. Shops and restaurants are also in close range, with Hangar B just a 4 minute drive down the road for breakfast and downtown Chatham only a 7 minute drive. Other sightseeing including Chatham fish Pier, golf courses, Cape Cod Rail Trail are easily within reach, just minutes from the house.

***We welcome approved low-impact DOGS  - TENANT must reach out to Nauset Rental with dog details for approval either before making reservation or within 48 hours of submitting online reservation. We will need to know the following information:



*Any shedding?

*Any issues with accidents - urination or throwing up?

*Any issues with chewing furnishings?

*Barking while unattended or while attended?

*Are you confident you can leave property with no sign of your dog when you check out?

*Do you accept full responsibility for the behavior and impact of dogs in your group during your stay? 



House Rules:

Respect the property and enjoy your vacation! Renters bring their own sheets, towels etc. That said, there are some great local companies we can refer you to that have rental linens available that can be delivered to the home for an additional fee.

Interaction with Guests:

Nauset Rental will provide you with your check in instructions prior to your arrival. You will be provided with a key code so that you can go directly to the house upon check in time. We will be available during your stay should anything come up.
