Pros: Nice home & well decorated. Great layout for multiple people to enjoy being together but yet very nice basement if people want to seperate & have private time. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cooking accessories. TV had many options. Close in proximity to our outings. Host was very prompt in replying to us as we had a little problem with the initial check-in.Cons: The house sleeps 6 but there are only 4 dining room chairs. We had planned to eat together & play games so 6 chairs were needed. At the end of our stay when taking trash out, we discovered there were folding chairs in the garage. There were 6 outside deck chairs, however, I could only get 4 of them clean. Two of them were so dirty I just created mud when trying to wipe down. We were not able to play our yard games because the grass had not been cut. There were no kitchen hand towels or cloths and no Kleenex. When showering upstairs you had to stand in water because it would not drain properly. Not all areas had been dusted. These were things that we worked around but it could have been a better housekeeping experience.

Hi Paul, I apologize for the few inconveniences that you dealt with. If you notice in our messages leading up to your stay, I did let you know that the garage is where we keep extra folding chairs for any additional seating that is needed so I apologize if you missed that message. The lawn is cut weekly, but unfortunately we have had record rainfall and heat these past couple weeks so as though it may seemed long, it is on a strict weekly schedule. I do apologize for the dusting that was missed and will mention it to our housekeepers. In the future, I do suggest reaching out to your host as you would be surprised as what can be remedied very quickly in most instances. There is extra boxes of Kleenexes and towels in the supply closet downstairs thank you for your stay and again sorry for the inconveniences. We will also have the shower drain looked at so thank you for the heads up. In the instances where the host does not live in the house They have no way of knowing about issues unless it’s brought to their attention so I appreciate it.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! In town for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and will be back. The property manager was great as well and very easy to work with!
