Construction Notice
Beginning in August 2025 and expected to continue through 2027, the complex is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance. Guests may experience intermittent construction activity, occasional noise, and temporary access restrictions in certain areas during work hours. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these necessary improvements.

We have stayed here before and it has always been a great place. Clean, easy and great communication. Never an issue and will continue to book here in the future.
Perfect location, close to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the golfers and looking out at the ocean from the balcony. Only reasons I didn't give it a complete 5 stars were: air conditioning (yes there are 2 Mitsubishi units and they work great, but are located at one end of the unit (within 5 feet of each other), so the 2nd bedroom never really gets cool despite all the ceiling fans; and the upstairs unit had flooring construction going on for 4 out of our 7 day stay so was noisy all day long.

We do apologize about the construction, unfortunately surrounding owners aren't required to notify anyone other than the association of planned construction. This is a beautifully renovated condo over looking the Kona Country Club and the ocean. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen as well as a day on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishing comfortable and tasteful. We made sure to always turn off the a/c and fans/lights when we went out in order to conserve the expensive electricity. The pool and hot tub area was clean and ample. The location to town is a quick 5 minute drive and overall everything for groceries, dining, and activities all within 15 minutes or less. We’ll be back!!
