Spacious Saratoga 5BR Hot Tub Retreat

Centrally located, spacious 5 bedroom home in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Completely renovated with amenities for all to enjoy. Enjoy the 6 person hot tub which is open year round and relax on the oversized deck with two seating areas and a large outdoor dining space and a large grill. After a long day of exploring, you’ll enjoying roasting marshmallows over an open fire pit and taking a dip in the hot tub while you enjoy stargazing.

The house is 6 minutes from Downtown Broadway and 8 minutes from the famous Saratoga Race Track. Saratoga Spa State Park is 3 minutes away, where you can enjoy trails, an exceptional 27 Hole golf course, restaurant, and natural mineral springs. Don't forget to make a stop at Saratoga Lake to enjoy the views from Waterfront Park with its own beach and free parking only 10 minutes away. If your looking for a larger lake to visit don't forget the iconic Lake George only 36 minutes away. Six Flags Great Escape is the the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy a days of fun and adventure only 32 minutes away. The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is also only 3 minutes away. Only a 5 minute drive to the local grocery store, pharmacy, and some of the areas best pizzeria. Come and enjoy everything Saratoga Springs has to offer and relax in the spacious backyard, two large decks, fire pit, outdoor games, and plenty of room for 14 guests to enjoy themselves and relax in the central air conditioning on those hot days while playing a round of pool. Guests will have full use of the private driveway which has room for up to four cars. Street parking is also free. We are pleased to offer the option to bring your furry friends at a 2 pet maximum and there will also be a small cleaning fee due to the additional cleaning needed feel free to inquire for more details. Please note that guests will not have access to the garage.

Antonio was a GREAT host. House was in perfect condition and came as advertised. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/living room area and it was a perfect set-up for all of us to hang when back at the house. Would come again!

We the best time staying at this house. There was a group of 10 of us and we had more than enough space. It was a great location to everything we wanted to do. I would love to stay here again if I returned to Saratoga.

Great house with everything you need. Quick responses from host. Very clean. Location was great on a quiet street and short Uber from lake and town. While relaxing at the house, there’s HUGE TVs everywhere you look. Highly recommend but don’t book the same weekend I’m planning to return!

Great spot for a group

Celebrated my sister’s bachelorette weekend here with friends and family, and we loved it! Gorgeous and clean interior with ample space for sleeping, cooking and just hanging out. There was even more sleeping space than expected and a separate beverage fridge in the kitchen. It’s a short car ride into the restaurants and bars we went to, but the quaintness and spaciousness is more than worth the slight distance.

The house is exactly as pictured - very clean and great outdoor patio. Antonino went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and answered any and all questions we had. Would 100% stay here again!

Plenty of sleeping space, great backyard and decks. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the bathrooms. So many towels for use. TVs everywhere Neighbors did contact police about noise...at 8:30pm when we were playing yard games and listening to music in the backyard. Police told us we were completely fine and the neighbors just aren't used to any noise. Other than this minor hiccup, it was great and would HIGHLY recommend this place.

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner went out of his way to add special touches like a welcome basket filled with Smores and coffee. I would stay there again.

Traveled to see a concert that was canceled at the last minute but since this property had enough to keep us entertained it was still a fun stay (horseshoe pit ,fire pit pool table) and nice touch with amenities such as Q-tips, cotton balls make up remover, shampoo conditioner lotion etc. and s’mores ingredients .. clean and spacious.

Feel in love with everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. The location is great and the people are very friendly. So many outdoor activities to do and the house is near everything that you won't be board. Could have not asked for a better location and house is a great size for a large group of people.

What make this house special is the size of the house when you walk in the door. You are greeted with a large home with a nice open from plan that flows smoothly. You have two living rooms to relax in and a game room to enjoy with some family and friends. Its a house that's from the 70's but comply renovated with all of 2022's modern finishes.
