Sweet Home Saratoga truly has it all and is great for families or multiple couples. Nestled into the woods on 5 acres with Saratoga Raceway just 10 minutes away and downtown Saratoga just 13 minutes away, you and your group will enjoy an inground pool (open seasonally), Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, eat-in kitchen, dining room, central air conditioning, 60 amp Universal EV charger and a fully loaded game room in the lower level. The property is also only 16 minutes from SPAC and 25 minutes from Lake George.

Tim and Kim were great hosts and their house was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fire pit. Very easy to get to the horse races and downtown as well. would love to stay there again in the future.

Perfect girls weekend!

The house was exactly what we needed for a fun girls weekend! The property is huge and we enjoyed using each of the spaces throughout our stay. Enjoyed it so much we look forward to planning another - next time with our husbands!

Thank you so much to our hosts! We had a great stay - only minutes from the spa, racetrack and downtown restaurants & golf! The kids loved the game room & we were in the pool daily! Plenty of space for 3 families sharing!

Overall the property and Tim were fantastic. As a large family, we had plenty of room, space and privacy. The pool was fabulous and the house itself, beautiful. Highly recommend!

I have zero complaints about this gorgeous property. Seamless checkin, excellent communication from the host, and everything went very smoothly. Tons of space with ample amenities. Close enough to Saratoga and other activities but far enough out to be super quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely book this again!

4th of July fun

We stayed with our children and grandchildren and found everything we needed at the house. Enjoyed the pool and fire pit and the game room downstairs. The house is stocked with everything we needed.

We chose Tim's home for our family get together in Saratoga. Tim's home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. He was so easy to contact when we had questions and fast to respond. The rooms are spacious and the game room was so much fun. The pool was great to cool off and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome Visit

We have been visiting the Saratoga area for 11 years now. We lost the normal house we stayed in and ventured to here. Tim was first class all the way. Beautiful home, pool and property. 15 minutes to downtown, the track, golf and more! Would recommend to others!

Even better than expected

The house was beautiful and very private, while being very close to the main roads and attractions of Saratoga Springs. The owners were incredibly friendly. Also very easy to get a hold of and friendly when I called with a question because I didn’t read the email or text that they sent me with the instructions for the keypad. I highly recommend this house and these hosts.

Fabulous 50th birthday

We came with 8 adults and had a great time in Saratoga Springs. We had plenty of space and plenty to do in this great house. The game room was comfortable and huge, kitchen was well appointed. We especially liked the built in keurig into the bottled water machine! We had a fantastic dinner at Mouzon House on Sunday night and a fun 5 mile hike in the rain at Saratoga Spa State Park. Overall, wonderful weekend, thank you!

Sweet Home Saratoga Stay

The process of working with Tim from start to finish was great. As a host was a great communicator and the house was perfect place for our families to spend time during vacation. Close to everything you need but far enough away to be quiet getaway at night. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, and well thought out game room for the kids in basement.

Cousins Get Together

Saratoga Springs is a halfway meeting point for our family. We were 4 couples, all cousins, looking for a relaxing get away to spend some quality time together. The house was lovely and we could not have been more comfortable. Everyone slept great, the game room was a lot of fun and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful Property and Clean!

We loved the house! It was so nice and clean and the property was beautiful! The best part was the game room downstairs. We had so much fun with the ping pong, air hockey and the other games. Tim was very helpful and so nice to deal with. If there was an issue he took care of it right away! Thank you Tim for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Beautiful! 2 suggestions. A copy of the shower instructions upstairs and directions for the coffee maker! Our biggest laughs came when four of us members of the "Mr. Coffee" generation were half asleep and trying to figure it out! We did though and had a great time.

One of the unique benefits of our rental property is its location and short-distance from everything you'll need. We are 10 minutes from the Saratoga Racetrack, Downtown area, Saratoga Lake and 15 minutes to SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center). We are also within a 25 minute drive from West Mountain skiing and tubing and rope course, Six Flags Great Escape & Hurricane Harbor amusement park and Lake George! There's also plenty of hiking trails and great parks to visit around the area.
