Welcome to Oasis At Chapel Rock! There's not many homes that have the red rock splendor of this degree in Sedona. The pictures obviously sell itself, but in person, you just have to see for yourself. You will be in awe from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The story behind this home is so warming. The owner purchased the home without the intentions of renting it out, but as time went on, he couldn't help but want to share the magnificent views and locations with all of you. From sun rise to the darkness of night, the views are ever changing. The gleaming sun reflecting off the red rock and the Chapel Of The Holy Cross at different times of day are breathtaking as well as at night when the cross is lit up under the starry sky; It's simply beautiful.
Indoors you will find a marvelous well appointed home with everything you will need. Each room has its own en suite, perfect for 3 couples' getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, not the mention the in-your-face red rock views. The formal dining room has an ice maker and plenty of reasons for a vacation cocktail hour. Outdoor dining and a covered patio with extra comfy seating is the perfect place to watch the sunset and relax to the soothing sounds of the water features. Keep an eye out for the family of quail that visit quite often.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
