Creekfront Luxury niché à Oak Creek Cyn, Sedona (Animaux acceptés)

Près de 400 pieds de la crique traverse notre propriété. Notre belle maison est chaleureuse et invitante. Encourageant la détente et un sentiment de sérénité, il est perché sur (littéralement) le ruisseau qui coule et est niché sous les imposants peupliers, sycomores et pins. Des murs de canyon de roches rouges dramatiques nous entourent. Beaucoup d'intimité et à distance de marche du gourmet Indian Gardens Cafe.

Il y a trois suites à coucher et chacune a sa propre terrasse spacieuse et salle de bain complète. Le salon est centré avec un poêle à bois invitant. Un billard et une télévision à écran plat se trouvent dans la salle de jeux. WIFI accessible, ainsi que Dish TV. Il y a des plafonds avec des poutres cathédrales, des planchers de bois franc et une nouvelle cuisine ouverte avec des appareils haut de gamme et des comptoirs en granit.

La maison a été conçue pour apporter de l’extérieur avec de grandes fenêtres et puits de lumière et 5 terrasses / patios. Un spa vous attend dans notre belvédère avec vue sur la convergence des ruisseaux Munds et Oak.
Vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais laisser le hamac confortable sur le pont, mais il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir dans les environs.

Le quartier historique et intime d'Indian Gardens est fermé, privé et calme.

The Creekhouse is wonderful. We were a party of five and this place had everything we needed. The creek was running fairly heavy from recent snowfall melting. The sound of the water will lull you to sleep. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Incredible oak creek canyon vacation house

This house was just what our family needed for a relaxing spring break trip. It was peaceful, beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and we were close to everything Sedona offered. Oak Creek flows directly by the house and our kids (and us!) could easily go down to walk on the rocks. We loved taking the short walk to the Indian garden cafe, the Native American jewelry shop and the trail heads. The best part for me was waking up every morning to the unbeatable view of the red canyon walls and sound of the creek flowing by. This trip to Sedona was a top vacation of all time for me and this house definitely helped with that!

Beautiful and peaceful!

The home is as described, pictures are accurate, it’s more than I could have imagined…the sound of moving water outside was unbelievable! The home is very clean, well organized and has lots of books, maps and other local information that was helpful. Check in was a breeze, property manager was lovely. I definitely would love to stay again.

This is my dream home!

This home is my dream home! Sitting on this porch that is directly over the creek was amazing! All amenities were provided and no detail to make our vacation special was missed. They even provided quality toilet paper!

Spectacular location and aesthetics

The house is absolutely lovely in terms of its design, layout, and position on Oak Creek. Everywhere you look it’s a treat for the eye and it’s as comfortable as it is pretty. This was a very special stay — with my 2 adult sons and their partners in honor of my 60th b-day — and I definitely plan to return.

Recharge with Nature

We had an amazing visit to Sedona when we stayed at The Creekhouse. It was a phenomenal location!! It is just a few minutes out of town, nestled amongst beautiful trees and along Oak Creek. The house is inviting and warm, with a well appointed kitchen and access to all you would want to do. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait!

Magical setting

Betsy and her property are fantastic! I usually am ready to head home, but this visit I wanted to extend our trip. Nice upgrades throughout the home, location is unbeatable, lovely neighbors, and property manager was very attentive. Sedona is beautiful, but Sedona from Betsy’s cabin is incredible. Can’t wait to visit again!

Exceptional!

It is a rare thing, indeed, to find the perfect rental, but this is it. Beautiful town, exceptional home, lovely setting, wonderful owner and manager. Stay here...the pictures are great but they do not do it justice.

Beautiful home and scenery

We loved our stay at Creekside. The house was very clean and the perfect space for our family. Everyone had a place to retreat to but the shared spaces allowed for us to spend quality time together whether we were eating, playing pool, watching tv or enjoying the hot tub. Sitting outside or cracking the windows to enjoy the sounds of the creek was a treat. And being across the street from Indian Gardens coffee shop was a great addition. We were able to avoid the busy traffic of Sedona during spring break which was key. We will definitely stay at Creekside again.

Gorgeous Home in Idyllic Setting

This beautiful home couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 6 friends traveling together. It was my first visit to Sedona. Oak Creek Canyon is so beautiful, and this home is set in the trees overlooking the creek. It is peaceful and relaxing. The home is absolutely gorgeous. It is located only 7 miles from downtown Sedona, and close to a lot of the sights. Can't wait to go back some day!

Cozy and comfortable

Our family enjoyed a relaxing unplug at this cozy creek side house. We read books by the fire, shot pool, and hung out in the hot tub. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Most places we rent have one thing we don’t like but this place was excellent and we had no complaints. Hope to return in warmer weather and take a dip in the creek. Great place to relax and explore Sedona!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

The house was perfect! What a lovely vacation home. Even though you have neighbors, you feel absolutely secluded by the creek. The view from the patio and the sounds of the creek were the highlights. The beds were comfortable, the master bathroom huge, and the kitchen well equipped. Although we stayed in July, and it was warm, the mobile evaporation cooler was great if you were sitting inside. The entire house was clean and comfortable, and the linen supply bountiful. The spa was also spotless! We had a great time, and can't wait to return when its cooler! Betsy and Sheila were great to work with as well.

Special family memories

Great location. We were able to get everywhere that we wanted with ease. Beautiful setting with the creek and mountains right there. The house was very comfortable and everyone was able to have their own space. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made for easygoing ion early morning starts. We enjoyed ending our adventurous days relaxing in the hot tub after some lovely but long hikes during the day. Overall we loved Sedona. When planning our visit we considered staying in Phoenix versus Sedona. We are very glad we choose Sedona. We made great memories and we have many gorgeous pictures of some very special family times. Beautiful place to stay.

Your house was a wonderful place to stay for two weeks over the xmas holidays. The setting was amazing. Right next to Oak Creek, we could see and hear the creek from our bedrooms and main living area. The picture windows and skylights let us see the stunning beauty of the area, even in winter. The house was perfect for six people. Enough places to all sit comfortably in front of the fire at night. Enough quiet rooms with good lighting to get some alone time during the day. Saw an otter in the creek and a javalina up the road. The house had every amenity. Towels, soap, well- stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, everything we needed. We are looking forward to spending more time here and experiencing the different seasons in this lovely area.

We love the creekhouse

We had a great time at the creekhouse! We love VRBO rentals. While everyone else is staying at the Hampton inn or other crammed hotel rooms in town, we were at the creekhouse with all the room we needed. The house is beautiful and inviting. We were a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. We hiked by day and then used the hot tub at night. It was an absolutely perfect vacation. Betsy was upfront about limited water at the home and we were ok with this. During our stay we were smart about water and we didn't have any issues at all. We had water any time we needed it. Shorter showers and spacing of dish washer and washing machine loads is all we did and we were fine.

Quality Property Right on Oak Creek

Cliff House is a lovely home in a lyrical location. In an age where hastily constructed vacation rentals adorned with cheap furnishings and hung cheesy art are common, this property is a real house, originally custom built by its owners as a retirement property. The arrangement of rooms and their respective views is the work of a lot of architectural planning. The combination of materials, colors and textures lends itself to an almost spa-like retreat. There is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a terrific master BR and the other rooms all have special charms. The broad deck overlooking the creek is literally right over the creek and provided endless enjoyment. The location was terrific and the nearby property manager was kind and very responsive. In addition, the home was clean and organized with many thoughtful touches that we appreciated. Highly recommended.

Peaceful & Quiet close to Sedona

Very quiet area just outside Sedona city. Nice to be 10 minutes away from all the crowds, and still enjoy the city. Owner was very nice and communication was very easy. House has almost everything you would need/want. Most of our nights were spent around the wood stove. The sitting area for movie/tv watching is not set up for more than 2 people to be comfortable while enjoying the show. Kitchen had almost everything I needed to prep Thanksgiving dinner. Sharper knives, and a few more cooking utensils and pots/pans would have been great. But, I figured it out. Check in and out was smooth. Overall, house was clean, supplied well, and comfortable. Maybe small body wash/soap and hair care products for showers would be helpful. Master bedroom bed has a quite firm mattress. I guess I’m used to my pillow top. House is set up well for a small group. And being next to the creek was really nice. The Red Rock park pass was an extra bonus for us, as we like to hike. We enjoyed our stay.

Home is not air conditioned.

Three couples spent a wonderful 4th of July week in this beautiful home that has almost EVERYTHING a visitor would want/need. The setting is fantastic! We spent most of our time sitting on the deck listening to the beautiful creek. The home had more than everything we needed. Our one tiny concern was the listing showed the house was air conditioned, but only the upper floor bedroom had an air conditioner. (I later found one review mentioning this). Our first night was quite uncomfortable although spent in a most beautiful master suite. Being from Phoenix, we are used to hot weather, but we do enjoy our air conditioning and are not open window people. An adjustment to the ceiling fan and the swamp cooler placed near an open window provided a more successful sleep the remainder of our stay. The caretaker was a delight as was a neighbor who allowed us access to the creek from her property. We will definitely return as we love the area!

Our children were raised here on weekends and summers playing in the creek, fishing and hiking in the surrounding mountains. A freedom hard to find these days.

I love international travel, hiking with my doodles, gardening, yoga and photography. AND most especially relaxing on the hammock at our creek house gazing into the the tall trees and catching sight of so many variety of birds. It's a birder's heaven.

I'm a small town girl from the laurel highlands of Western Pennsylvania and crave my time in nature under the trees along the creek.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This must be the MOST beautiful and private location in Oak Creek Canyon at the confluence of 2 year-round flowing, beautiful creeks. We were so lucky to find it 23 years ago.

Your jaw will drop like ours did when you walk out on the big deck which runs the length of the home and see the view of the creek, the towering red canyon walls and thick canopy of expansive cottonwoods, pines and stately sycamores. A true oasis.

The quiet solitude is exceptional. The road is gated and we live on a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise. Just sitting on the deck or laying on the hammock brings one a great sense of peace and well being. We feel very privilege and thankful to be a part of this lovely spot.

A real perk is the historic and delightful Indian Gardens Cafe which is just across the bridge. No need to drive into town. We stroll down our lane with our pups for fresh coffee and gourmet breakfasts and lunches. Their shaded back patio and garden is charming.

Encouraging relaxation and serenity, it is perched over (literally) the flowing creek and nestled under the cottonwoods, sycamores and pines. Dramatic red rock canyon walls surround us.

- Master bedroom is surrounded on 3 sides with windows and 3 skylights. (In the morning, you can watch the sunrise strike the cliffs and gradually erase the shadows. Then if you turn on your side and look out the side window you will see the creek itself. I actually tested that out when we did the renovation so the windows would be placed just so.)

- Living room is centered with an inviting wood stove backed by a stone hearth and mantel.
