Enjoy a unique downtown loft setting with in-unit washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We also take sanitation & cleanliness serious. Our unit has HEPA filters in place and we sanitize high touch points on each stay.

This space is perfect for a couple that wants to explore the Grand Rapids food scene while not needing a car to get around. The space was clean and we found it to be a wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel. The property manager was sure to give us a phone number in case of any issues (there were none) and they even left us a couple of beverages and snacks which was a wonderful surprise.
A+, Excellent location, extras provided, prompt responses from host
Overall was very clean, well maintained, prompt communication from host, excellent city center location- close to everything, comfortable bed, but not comfortable couch/pull-out. The only thing unexpected is that parking wasn't included- we parked in a nearby ramp for $7 a day. Worth it for the prime location. Would definitely stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay in Grand Rapids. This VRBO was in a location that made it easy to explore around by foot. The pictures matched the space in person. One thing to note is that the bedroom is a den room (no windows). We did feel like the walls were very thin and noticed that on the second day we could hear the neighbor opening and closing drawers. This is above an Irish pub and we could hear the music on Saturday night until they closed (around 2am). As other reviews mentioned, the elevator was out while we were there and we had to walk up four flights of stairs. It seems like this building is full of rented spaces so Iâm assuming that management has not focused enough on fixing the elevator. The shower worked okay but the shower curtain had pink mildew/mold on it and the curtain did not do a good job of containing the water from the shower and I noticed the bath mat was damp from the previous renter/cleaners. Iâd recommend that the owner look into a shower door.
Overall for the price it was about what we expected, but could use some fixing up.
This property is just what we were looking for. We planned the trip for a combination of activities and relaxation, so it was nice to have a comfortable homebase for when we wanted to take a break between outings. Very walkable location, close to pretty much everything you would want to do and see. Clean and tidy. Communications with Bryce were wonderful. I say for the money, you canât beat it. Have fun in Grand Rapids!
The host was super responsive and accommodating. Listing is spot on and amenities were exactly what I needed for a week stay in town for work. Will 100% rent this location again.
Very clean, had everything we needed. Elevator was out while we were there and we were on the 4th floor so that wasnât so great. Parking at in parking garage was expensive. Didnât realize until we were already parked in the garage that you could park on the street for free on the weekends. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Host was great with great instructions.
Clean, well appointed unit. We stayed here while attending a wedding so really weren't in the unit much. The only draw back we found is that the unit can be noisy, i.e. you can hear tenants in other units and lots of road noise.
We spent the last three days of our week-long vacation here after backpacking & road-tripping up the Michigan shoreline. Since it has a full kitchen and laundry machines, it was a great place to rest & relax while doing laundry & eating up some of our leftovers.
Itâs location downtown made it easy to walk, bike or scoot to different places around GR, especially since having to figure out paid parking each time we wanted to use the car did start to get a little old.
I also think there is a second rentable unit next door since both had keypad doors, and it didnât seemed rented while we were there (W-Sat) because it was pretty quiet. However, the last morning someone must have checked in as we woke up to a conversation coming through some thin walls.
All in all, a good place to stay.
