Step inside this exquisite Italian-inspired villa, which features luxurious finishes throughout. This property is truly unmatched in Port Aransas. The kitchen boasts a Fleur De Lune backsplash, polished concrete countertops, a 36" Italian gas stove with a removable wok burner, and a spacious pantry. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for entertaining 15 or more guests. Enjoy the scenic views from two patios overlooking lush greenery and dual pools. Yes, this home features two pools and two hot tubs.

Parking is a breeze with a carport and space for up to four vehicles. The detached mother-in-law/guest suite, complete with a queen bed, private bath, and separate entrance, offers additional privacy. The third floor houses a grand master suite with a king bed, private porch, soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. An additional bedroom with a beautiful queen bed and a bunk room with a full-over-full setup are also located on this floor.

Convenience is key with an elevator and on-demand hot water heater. The beach is just down 1A, and golf carts are welcome.

Less than satisfactory

The property manager had an emergency call when I was 2 hours away from the property. It was to let me know the elevator was not working. I booked this property because my mother was traveling with us. The property was 3 floors and boasted of an elevator had a mother-in-law suite downstairs, but my mother was unable to join the family because she is wheelchair bound. The news I got seemed to be an after thought on the property manager and a sneaky-way of telling me something they probably knew all along. A beautiful looking stove which the oven did not work, i did not read anywhere that in the property description. Their solution was they had a convection oven, but really it was an oven toaster. The washer and dryer were full of mold. I have pictures to show. They did not have enough toilet paper not even for one day. We had to dash to the store an hour away to buy supplies. The trashcan in the kitchen was broken. There was no hand soap in the third floor. The property owner should find a different company to manage theirs assets. The location was misleading. In the description it looks as if you are closer to the beach than you really are. Hardly can give an over all 2 stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had fun at the stay with friends. The location was very good, and the beach walkable. The house from the outside looks good. Even the inside is clean and good. But there are some catches: 1. the 4th bed is behind garage. Access to this bed is via elevator. 2. If the elevator does not work, then you have to exit the house and open the garage, and then enter the 4th bedroom. it looks like a bunker bed room. 3. The third-party managing property are little new, they did not send agreement to sing in first place and asked me to sign with reminders. After signing, they did not receive the agreement. So I had to sign and send it again. It seems like their app does not work proper 4. The garage door was not opening properly, had to call service guy. 5. check-in was not simple. We waited 30min outside to get inside 6. you have to 4th hunting if you are new to the property. which everyone will be. 7. the oven was not working and we came to know when we prepared all food and ready to make.

Awesome property

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, location was perfect and the size of the house was perfect for the 8 adults. House was well equipped with all essentials we needed. Glad we only booked for a 4 day weekend because what attracted us to the house was the pools....... but we were disappointed because the pools were green with algae and were unusable. Will stay again but will check on the pool situation before we confirm booking.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the space was excellent for our large party. Our only concern was there were no towel racks in the bathrooms for hand towels or bath towels, so they were not able to dry appropriately. We also had some difficulty with the stove.
