This house has private access to the large beach at the end of Park Avenue with volleyball courts, children’s playground, Kayak, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals a few steps away.
Lakeside Marina and the boat launch ramp are directly across from this property. The property has a very large driveway makes boat trailer parking and accessibility to the water very easy, contact the marina directly regarding use.
Placed on a large corner lot, this home’s outstanding exterior will quickly become the place everyone wants to spend their free time. Towering pine trees surround the property, creating a great evening experience on one of the large outdoor decks. With so much room in the yard, you’ll be able to play Cornhole, Frisbee, and many other fun outdoor activities. The entry level features two living areas, dining area and a full kitchen. One living area has a gas stove to keep you warm on winter nights. This living area has the washer/dryer and a tv. The front living area is a peaceful spot to relax (the fireplace here is not operational). There is a half bath on the main level
Upstairs the bedroom set up is a bit unique, the rooms on the right side of the house have doors but you need to pass through rooms to access other bedrooms.

bedroom 3 has a King bed and a queen sleeper sofa
There is a full bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3.
Bedroom 4 has 2 doubles and a twin bed
There is a full bath in the hallway.
