Lakeside Marina and the boat launch ramp is directly across from this property. The property has a very large driveway makes boat trailer parking and accessibility to the water very easy.
Placed on a large corner lot, this home’s outstanding exterior will quickly become the place everyone wants to spend their free time. Towering pine trees surround the property, creating a great evening experience on one of the large outdoor decks. The entry level features two living areas, dining area and a full kitchen. One living area has a gas stove to keep you warm on winter nights. This living area has the washer/dryer and a tv. The front living area has a wood burning fireplace, a peaceful spot to relax.
Upstairs the bedroom set up is a bit unique, each room has doors but you need to pass through rooms to access other bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom 3 has a queen and a twin. The second bedroom is very large. There is a bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3.
Bedroom 4 on the lake side of the house has a king bed. There is a full bath in the hallway. The third bath is accessed through the joining bedrooms.
