This cabin was really nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool could be warmer. Probably great for kids but chilly for adults. One thing I would recommend upgrading is the mattresses. They were old and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and they were really worn. Not good for someone with a bad back.

Great location! Only took us 15-20 mins to get everywhere we wanted to go on the Main Strip. Kids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and arcade. The pool was definitely too cold for the adults! The waterfall was a nice touch. Our biggest concern was the bugs. There were very large black ants everywhere inside of the cabin.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are glad your family enjoyed the cabin and its amenities during your stay. We are sorry about the ants you encountered. Our properties receive routine pest control, although the recent wet weather can contribute to increased insect activity in our mountain environment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so the appropriate team can follow up. We hope to welcome you back again!

Beautiful and fun cabin, would stay again. There were a few things that would have made it better. Would have been more convenient to have a walk in shower on the first floor, for someone that can’t go up and down the steps, was worried about my dad falling every time he needed to shower. Outdoor Fireplace didn’t work, we were looking forward to using while enjoying the hot tub. Pull out sofa was not able to be used , mattress was to thin and metal was poking into you, so kids just slept on couch, it would have been nice if they had a comfortable place to sleep as well. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin overall and would stay with us again. We understand your concerns regarding the first-floor shower accommodations. The property layout and amenities are available for review prior to booking, and our team is always happy to help guests select a property that best fits their needs. We apologize that the outdoor fireplace was unavailable during your stay, as we were awaiting a replacement part. We were not made aware of any concerns with the sleeper sofa or dishwasher during your visit, but we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We have not received other reports of dishwasher issues, but our team will inspect it to ensure it is operating properly. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

The pool and hot tub were nice. All the games and the theater were also nice. The bugs were not. Ladybugs were all over the place including the bed and extra bedding. There were big black ants throughout the house as well. We cut our trip short due the bugs everywhere.

Tranquil Stay

We loved this cabin! We liked the layout and the size of the rooms. The cabin and the pool were all very clean. The location is close to the main parkway. The hot tub location downstairs is very private. We will return to this cabin for future stays.

2025 Vacation

We loved our stay at this cabin!! My family took full advantage of the game room and the pool. The cabin is in a very central location. The only draw back is the king bed on the main floor. The mattress sags on the left side.

Weekend getaway

We just came for a quick weekend getaway. The location of the cabin was good and the accommodations were good. The only small thing I could complain about is the sliding glass door wasn't clean and there were kids' hand prints all over it.

Perfect Retreat

Relaxing and peaceful mountain getaway. The “cabin” was spacious and well appointed…private pool and outdoor hot tub were used throughout the stay. Game room and theater room were both top notch. Check in and check out procedures super easy and had several calls and emails from rental company making sure everything for the stay was 100%. Property is a definite must rent for small family / group.

Great place and awesome location!

We loved this spot and would stay again. Close to all the spots and perfect for our family. It was clean, great games, quiet area close to everything, nice pool and hot tub set up.Would recommend bringing pillows (pillows are lumpy) and coffee filters(they do not provide any).We called the day of to ensure how we would be getting check-in details which we were told would be texted to us when the place was ready. We had to call again for check-in because we never received a text and it was after 4pm. We were not able to get into the place until 4:20pm.

Cabin nice but big black Ants

The cabin was as pictured. The pool and hot tub were nice after the first night when the water warmed up. The kitchen and deck were both very nice and well kept. The two main negative things we had were: The downstairs shower's drain was clogged so you stood in a puddle of water while you were showering and their were big black Ants in both main bathrooms and bedrooms.

Very Nice! But the ants...

The good: pool, hot tub, theatre, arcade games, deck with grill area. Overall the cabin was a pleasure to stay at. The bad: ants in master bath - (not just a few - a bunch), mattresses are not comfortable (we had to buy a 2" memory foam mattress pad in order to get any sleep), pillows smelled like old body odor, no dishwasher soap, swimming pool looked like is needed cleaning, half of the jets were not working in the hot tub, when we arrived at 4pm, maintenance workers were working on the property.

Sweet Feet/Sweet Treat

We had everything we needed from check in to check out. Three floors to spread out for privacy. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Cozy common areas to enjoy. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Hot tub was awesome but the pool was incredible for an indoor private pool! The game room and theater room were well appreciated. The management team reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed and to encourage us to contact them with any problems that may have arisen. They made sure the Sweet Feet Retreat was a sweet treat for us!!

The Honeymoon Spot

Listen this cabin is worth the price. Stayed here for our honeymoon in March. The private hot tub, PRIVATE INDOOR POOL made this the best trip ever. Being on paved roads in a safe community of large cabins nestled in the hills with some great mountain view. This cabin is literally 5 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge. It made it so easy to just leave and go explore and sight see and then when we were wore out we were back in the cabins hot tub within minutes almost. Door dash also works but be proactive and communicate with your Dasher because they will get lost and deliver your things at the wrong cabin by mistake. FYI in cabin phone line at was down and cell service is limited if you don't have Verizon but WiFi and and all amenities work. (Also has washer and dryer)

Great Location!

The private pool, hot tub and game room where a hit. The location was also great! Overall I would recommend. The only negative I have is the garage door in between the pool and hot tub was broken. The pool room walls must have been being patched there was paint peeling off and they left a random paint brush on the ground. Plus the sheer amount of cobwebs it doesn’t appear anyone really cleans the pool or hot tub area. I just feel the amount you pay in cleaning fees the whole place should be cleaned. There was other parts of the house that needed a little more detail to clean. It was like they hurried to get it clean between reservations. If they fixed all that I would give it 5 stars.
