Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This four bedroom/three bath cabin is amazing. There are two master suites. Four king size beds and TV in every bedroom, and two twin beds means there is room for everyone. Lake access with a dock and lots of beautiful features. The natural stone patio with built in firepit is the perfect place to sit and reconnect at the end of a day spent playing on the water. Come , sit, relax, and enjoy to mountains. It is all waiting for you here.

This house is the best equipped we've ever had. The only negative is the walk to the dock which is stated in the description. The check in process was easy and the communication was on point.

Fab Four week

Three cousins + 98 yo aunt spent the week- enjoying family time together, were from north Florida and meet in the mountains every October! Your home is beautiful, my cousins enjoyed the two master suites, my aunt and I stayed in the other two bedrooms and shared the bathroom, which worked well for us. A beautiful week in your beautiful home, beautiful lake, so much fun. Thank you!

Weekend getaway

Booked this house for a weekend birthday celebration for my mother-in-law and family, no kids. It was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make the perfect weekend, from the kitchen, to the raftss, to the games. It was the perfect fit for our group. Just to be clear, the walk back up from the river is not one you want to make over and over, so bring all your goodies with you on the 1st trip! We will book this again for sure.

Hiawassee High!

4 king beds is hard to find! View of Lake Chatuge from the porch in the back is great! Ingles grocery store is close by. Nice large dining room table!

Beatiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Beds are very comfortable. It was my husband, myself and our granddaughter. More than enough room for us. It was perfect because my parents live just around the corner on the same street. Beatiful view of the lake. Wonderful amenities like the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and large enough kitchen for me to make a large dinner for family. Great space in the garage for our granddaughter to play in since it was pretty cold outsode for us floridians. The ping pong table was great for match. The extra space was wonderful for bubbles. Just down 76 is a great playground. We had a great time and now wish we stayed even longer. I recommend this house for family, several couples since it has 4 king beds! We loved it. The walk back up from the lake is steep but it seems to be a great dock when the lake is full.

Beyond Expectations

This slice of paradise has been the best vacation stay I've experienced. With everything plus more and location, this home was exactly what I was looking for. Owner/management are very accomodating, communicate well and respond immediately. I fully intend to return soon!

Tv hard to adjust to i found on the last day by using Don sign in the Fox and Friends and the CBS on which GA FLA was played i had to go to the Brewery to watch without sound No other complaints

Beautiful home and great location

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and extremely well stocked. We cooked breakfast and had plenty of cookware, as well as serving dishes. The home was very clean. The only downside is the steep hill down to the dock. We did not utilize the dock much so it ended up not being an huge issue for us. However it is important to note that if you have anyone in your party with health issues, you can not walk to the dock easily. It is definitely a fall risk for older people and small kids. Otherwise, I highly recommend the house!

Excellent Venue

Enjoyed the stay. Very responsive hosts. We had a air conditioning issue which was very promptly resolved. The property was very well equipped catering to all of our needs. Extremely well decorated. Would definately highly recommend a stay at the property.

Heating issues

Heating issues. I understand it was extremely cold but heating unit couldn't keep up. Fireplace downstairs was locked so we could not use it. I was told gas fireplace upstairs but it wasn't and asked not to use fireplace cause of tv being mounted so low. One of the ladies that called and I explained issue to her, brought me firewood and told me to use fireplace but I didn't have anything to light the wood with. Big air gap at front door was an issue of home being cold.

Great Property

We will be back! This property was amazing. We came to town to play pickleball at the courts on the lake and the location was perfect as the courts were right down the street . We enjoyed shopping and eating at the local restaurants. This property and the view is outstanding. Thank you so much for sharing it!

Very nice home

The home was very nice, and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The lake access walk is strenuous, and the hill down to the water would be inaccessible to people with any mobility issues. That would be important to note on the description.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
