Only concern is the steps leading to the front door are tricky with no hand rail. I have a bad knee and struggled with the stone steps and no handrails. The house was basically clean but could have used more linens. Only 2 towels per bathroom. Did not find any extra.

The host was so helpful in responding to me. We loved the place and especially the outside area and view! The bedrooms were spacious and the shower heads in all baths were phenomenal. We had ample space for cooking and enjoyed the neighbors.

Such a cute place!

We visit twice a year!! Will book this house again!! Beautiful views, nice hot tub and outdoor space. Loved we could have our dog with us!!

It was a lovely property. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival, but were promptly taken care of. The porch was all of our favorite. A new view everyday on the top deck. We had a fire outside one night and it was so cozy even sitting at the table. Just a relaxing time. We are planning on coming back.

Great place, great view

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very comfortable and cozy, and the beds were amazing. The outdoor view and the screened in porch are phenomenal. Good value for the money. Easy access, and not that far away from everything.

We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Rental process was easy. Property was beautiful. Bathrooms were a bit dirty but overall nice property.

Incredible views and great location

Spent a great weekend relaxing. House was clean and had plenty of cooking tools to make dinner with. Will definitely come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the great patio and use the green egg!

Stay in Hiawassee

The house was very well cared for and the amenities were exceptional. Enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful porch view. The door code did not work when we arrived but we were able to contact the owner and she quickly rectified the problem.

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had a wonderful couples weekend, we only left one day to visit some vineyards but the rest of the time stayed right there! Had a beautiful view and lots of laughs! Highy recommend!!💯
