Great place and location

The place was super clean and so close to the beach. The pool was amazing and can’t wait to try the hot tub when it’s cooler weather!

House was one of the cleanest we have stayed in on the island. Kids enjoyed the game room in the garage. Check in was simple and easy. Quiet neighborhood. Would book again.

Great Place to Stay!

The house was so comfy and beautiful. It was only about 2 miles to the beach through the beach access road! The view from the balconies were amazing and you could hear the waves on the beach, so that was a plus! The property manager was amazing and responded fast. We all had such a great time! Highly recommend :)

The house is so amazing. Its clean, its updated, it very comfortable and homey. The garage game room was a huge hit with my teenage daughters. The outdoor shower out back was amazing for washing off sand and pool before going in the house. Location to the beach is perfect.

Great place to stay. Short drive to the beach. The game room & beach toys were great. The host even had 3 beach umbrellas. A couple things I’d want to pack next time would be pool/beach chairs and a kite! Hot tub was nice. Not sure if the heater wasn’t on or if it couldn’t keep up with the cool temperatures but the pool was cold. A few kids got in but not for long.I’d definitely stay again. Host took great care of us with any questions in regards to the house/area!

Beautiful Home great location to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. My family brought the Grand Parents to the area and the home was perfect for all of us. We have 4 kids age 12-17 that all fit fine in the bunk room but when the oldest needed a little break from the others she was also comfortable on the murphy bed in the living room. We did not have a lot of time to enjoy the games in the garage but did play a few hoops of basketball and everything seemed well kept and the garage was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2022

My family and I stayed at this lovely property in July and let me say it was wonderful! The community is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was amazing and so close to the house. Having our morning coffee on the balconies was wonderful and we could see and hear the ocean from the top floor balcony. The beds were comfortable and the decor was gorgeous! The house had everything we needed. The owner Chasity was amazing. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a sweetheart! We will be back for sure and even add an extra day or two.

Gorgeous Coastal Home

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was so clean, great decor, comfortable beds. it was even better than we expected. The kids loved the game room. I loved the deck off the master bedroom from which you could see the ocean. You could hear the waves at night. The multiple decks were so inviting and where the family loved to congregate. The hot tub wasn’t warm, but it was still early in the spring. The kids still enjoyed the lovely pool. It’s a short drive to town with plenty of great restaurants. Don’t miss the jetty! We loved our vacation to Port Aransas and would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beach house. The owner accommodated our needs very graciously after some surprises were thrown our way. The house is beautifully decorated with more than adequate bedding so everyone was comfortable. Outside has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the sights from outside. The beach is just a short drive around the corner, and if you don't want to mess with the beach the community pool was a perfect replacement. It is secluded enough to not be very busy, but it is a short drive away from town in case something is needed. All in all my family had a wonderful vacation, and this house was exactly what we were looking for.

There is too much to mention. It is clear that this property owner has not visited the property in a long time. There were several concerns. Compared to other beach houses I rented, this house was subpar.

I'm disappointed by this review, as you'd informed me about the broken board on the couch's bottom when you arrived. Maintaining my home is essential to me. Your checkout was yesterday, and we've promptly fixed the issue today; it was a simple repair. The previous guests had dislodged the board while attempting to reposition the couch bed. We frequently inspect our coastal homes to ensure their quality. I regret the inconvenience caused by the full trash can, which was due to the previous guests, as I provide two trash cans for convenience which one was completely empty. Trash collection occurs every Friday morning, and a neighborhood dumpster is available. We've replaced the Roku remote in the kids' bedroom. I’m sorry for any misplaced Roku remote and any inconvenience this caused you. Overall I'm happy that my home provided everything you needed for your four day stay.

Vacation

The house was great but the cameras all over were for sure a disappointment . I felt like I was being watched continuously, which then made it uncomfortable to even have as much fun as I paid to have. Otherwise the house was set up great and Chasity was very accommodating. Also the beach is not a short walk but rather a short drive.

I’m sorry to hear my 2 cameras facing my front and back door made you feel uncomfortable . Not intended to make anyone feel that way but to protect my property. There is old cameras up still from the previous owners that do need to come down that don’t work . I ‘m happy I could accommodate you and your family . Yes as in my description the beach is a 2 to 3 minute drive. Right around the corner . Hope to have you and your family again soon . God Bless
