The walk-in closet is extra-large…you may want to bring your entire wardrobe and shoe collection and extend your stay!



Bedroom 2 - Double Queen Bedroom supplies a new 65” smart TV, comfortable new beds and mattresses, luxurious resort bedding, and large closet with luggage rack.



Bedroom 3 - Generous King Bedroom provides a new comfortable bed and mattress, sitting area, and two spacious closets with luggage rack.



Bedroom 4 - The newly remodeled King Bedroom features a writer’s desk, new king-size bed, new mattress, double French doors with frosted glass, luggage rack, and open closet for your wardrobe.



Guest Bathroom – Conveniently located near the 3 guest bedrooms, newly remodeled with a walk-in shower, vanity, and storage cabinetry.



Great Room provides a 75” new smart TV, lounging area in front of the gas fireplace, games for the child at heart, and a beautiful sitting area to gather with friends and family.



Laundry Room – Furnished with new washer and dryer and supplied with an ironing board and steam iron, laundry supplies, and outdoor spa towels.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.



There is no garage access at the home as it is the game room, but there is room for parking in the driveway.



Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.



Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.
