"We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at this property. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and in a fantastic location. It was just a short trip to rent a boat for the lake, yet also perfect for relaxing at the house and enjoying a game of cornhole. Overall, it was a great trip and an excellent place to stay."

"This was our second time to stay at Eliabeth's house and we loved it as much as the first time! We loved the easy access to the water, just walk out the downstairs doors and you're there! We loved that it's located on an inlet so it's quiet and no boat traffic. It's close to some amazing restaurants and Margaritaville. The house is always very clean when we arrive and we like that she has a book on the coffee table that explains everything with respect to the house and activities outside the house. Elizabeth is a wonderful person to work with and always responds to messages quickly. We will definitely be coming back again!"
There are two parking spaces directly in front of our place for your use. Only two cars allowed to park here. There is also guest parking up the street that is first come first serve.

*To ensure everything is ready for your visit, we ask that all guests complete a rental agreement and pre-arrival form before check-in. Itâs just a quick step to ensure everything is clear for a great experience!
*We encourage all guests to review our house rules prior to booking to make sure that our space is a fit for your group!
*We love to accommodate your trip and your guests the best we can! This includes being pet friendly as well as offering early checkin and late checkout (when available).
đŸ Pet fee $75 per pet, maximum of 4 pets.
*Pets are not allowed on furniture and you must clean up any waste/messes made by your pets. If these procedures are not followed, there will be an extra $200 cleaning fee.

*Any damages or missing items made by guest/pet will incur a cost to fix/replace the damages.
