This is a direct cost from Midblock Condominium - paid directly to the building (major credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay accepted only). This charge is NOT included in the rental payment through VRBO.

✱ All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival.
Photo ID is required. All guests will need to acknowledge the condominium rules and regulations. Adult guests must be 21 and over.

✱ Midblock is a residential building (not a hotel) that has strict rules to allow for a peaceful and safe experience for all guests. No visitors are allowed after 11 pm.

The place was excellent and matched the pictures and descriptions. It is a perfect location with many walkable restaurants and shops.

Will Stay Again

We were very happy with our experience at this property. The owner has thought of everything to make the apartment itself livable for a family. We were surprised by the toiletries made available and the items in the kitchen that we did not have to buy. The only challenge we faced was that there is only one key card for the unit, which made it difficult if one parent was out with our son, while the other was doing something else. The security is very tight in the building, so you cannot easily move around without a key card.

Holly's unit is well stocked and very convenient. good location. probably one of the better units in Midblock that are hosted by companies. Holly is responsive and helpful.

It’s a gem

I was working remotely when I stayed here and it was ideal. It was clean and well setup. Being on the top floor with no balcony above is really nice because the light is great and the view is very open. Beautiful sunsets every night. I found it comfortable and quiet. The parking space that comes with it is a big bonus in Miami. The neighborhood is pretty, walkable to everything you need and centrally located within Miami. The communication from the host was great as well.
