Welcome to New San Juan 303, an AvantStay home!

This is an amazing modern penthouse with a private deck overlooking Main Street in Telluride!

To enter this home, guests will take the elevator from the New San Juan building's breezeway to the top floor, where the entry is off of a common area deck. Inside, the living space is open and bright. The kitchen is very modern, with grey matte cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher and everything needed to complete a meal in the home. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar with seating for three, as well as a dining table with seating for four.

The kitchen is open to the living room, which has a large sectional couch, flatscreen TV with cable, and a wall of windows that overlooks Main Street in Telluride. A door leads to the private patio with amazing views of Ajax and town.

The master bedroom is located off of the living room, and has a king bed, flatscreen TV with cable, and amazing views of the San Sophia Ridge from a wall of windows on the north side of the room. There is also an ensuite modern bathroom, complete with a double vanity and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure.

Off the kitchen, the second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a step-in shower. The second bedroom is also located off of the hallway and has two twin beds (can be made into a king) and a flat-screen TV with ROKU. The unit has a private washer/dryer in it.

The New San Juan building is on the main street in historic downtown Telluride, just a block from the Town Park and music festival grounds, and four short blocks from the Gondola and Lift #8.

- Please note that the hot tub is currently non-operational.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- The ski locker is designated for the owner's use only and is not available to guests.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The location cannot be better. Restaurants, skiing and everything else is right there. The condo itself was great. Up to date, clean and has everything you need. Parking was great as well. Managed well and very responsive if you need something.

Great property in a great location!

We stayed here over Spring Break and the property was perfect. It was the right size for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The location was close to restaurants and shops and a short walk from the gondola. The underground parking was definitely a plus. We would consider staying here again next time we visit.

Amazing Stay!

Great location and view! We loved taking advantage of the hot tub after our hikes. Also very helpful being accessible by an elevator when you are tired from hiking! Parking was easy as was a the check in process. Front desk was extremely responsive via email when I had questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great Condo!

This condo is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the River Trail, Bear Creek Trail, Town Park and the local market. We loved that the condo had a great tv set up with streaming capabilities. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner when you need a break from eating out. The views from the living room and the primary bedroom are fantastic!! It was also nice to have a designated underground parking space. We'd love to come stay here again!

Noisy and no heat

Updated property in a good location but heat did not work upon arrival and unit next door with a shared wall was under construction. Heat was fixed on day 2 but initial response when I contacted management was that the in floor heat takes 24 hours to warm the property and they had just turned it on a few hours ago.Turns out it was in fact broken. Also they should have disclosed the construction next door. Plus side is that it’s a newly remodeled unit but don’t think I would rent from this company again.

Awesome Condo/Great Location

We loved our stay here! I was bummed out because the hot tub was listed as working when I booked--but I did get an email a couple of days later with an update saying it wasn't working. We chose not to change our reservation and I am glad we didn't. The condo had plenty of room for me, my husband, our 1.5 yr old daughter, and my mom. The Gondola was a 6-8 minute walk and there were lots of restaurants around.

Telluride town experience. Right on the main drag!

Great location for town and ski experience during our winter stay. Overall good feedback with some blemishes given the price paid for Chrismas week. Hot tub wasn’t prepped for guests and cable wasn’t set up both of which are basics that should have been readied. Ice maker went out which wasn’t a fault of anything but circumstance and I note that management addressed to their practical ability which is commendable. Be ready for the snow plow alarm clock which is part of the ambiance of this great town. Roll with it all and the experience will outweigh the negatives!

We're glad you booked with us despite some of the hiccups. That hot tub is permanently disabled until we can get town permission to install a new one (probably in the summer), and therefore we do not advertise this as an amenity with the property. Sorry about that! I know seeing a hot tub that isn't functioning is a mean tease! Regardless, we're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to host you on your return trip to Telluride!
